Ho atteso un po’ prima di fare la recensione perché, in generale, non mi piace denigrare il lavoro altrui. Devo ammettere che non conoscevo la professionalità del centro e sono stata spinta ad andare dalle buone recensioni e dalla convenienza della promo. Ancora oggi rimpiango di aver tradito i miei parrucchieri di fiducia poiché mi trovo a dover gestire le conseguenze negative derivanti dall’applicazione del trattamento. Non so che tipo di prodotto mi sia stato applicato ma, dacché speravo di togliere il volume e l’effetto crespo, ora devo gestire capelli secchi che continuano a spezzarsi. Per contenere i danni ho dovuto tagliare tutte le lunghezze e devo continuamente sottopormi ad impacchi per idratazione. Segnalo infine che, in epoca Covid, nel centro non sono state minimamente rispettate le norme sul contingentamento degli ingressi. Anzi, al contrario, il negozio era pieno di gente che si lamentava di essere in ritardo rispetto all’orario dell’appuntamento… la qualità si paga! Even today, I regret having betrayed my trusted hairdressers as I find myself having to manage the negative consequences of applying the treatment. I don't know what type of product I was applied but, since I was hoping to remove the volume and frizz, I now have to manage dry hair that keeps breaking. To contain the damage, I had to cut all lengths and constantly have to undergo hydration packs. Finally, I would like to point out that, in the Covid era, the rules on the quota of entrances were not respected in the center. On the contrary, the shop was full of people who complained of being late compared to the appointment time ... you pay for quality!
