Al ritiro mi dicono che hanno avuto un disguido..... e che la torta non è pronta. potevano avvisare. Mi dicono di aspettare circa 20 minuti. Mi propongono di consegnare a domicilio la torta.ma quando dico che abito a ostia.......la serietà e il rispetto è fondamentale e penso che queste persone non conoscono questi sani principi. Bad experience. Unprofessional. they ruined my daughter's birthday. Booked a cake the day before. At the retreat they tell me that they had a mistake ..... and that the cake is not ready. they could warn. They tell me to wait about 20 minutes. They propose me to deliver the cake at home. But when I say that I live in the host ....... seriousness and respect are fundamental and I think that these people do not know these healthy principles.
N	Ng Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo questa recensione dopo più di una esperienza in questo posto 1) il caffè del sapore mediocre, acido, 2) maritozzo con la panna liquida (non montata, sembrava una crema ) 3) la meringa normalissima piccola 2eur, 4) le frappe più cattive mai mangiate in vita mia, dure ed insapore, ma il peggio era che la sera dopo averli mangiati stavo malissimo, non parlo solamente di un mal di pancia… Come vedete ho dato più possibilità a questo posto pensando che a volte uno può sbagliare, ma sbagliare tutte le volte direi é troppo. I write this review after more than one experience in this place 1) the coffee with a mediocre, sour taste, 2) Maritozzo with liquid cream (not whipped, it looked like cream) 3) the very normal small meringue 2eur, 4) the worst frappe never eat in my life, hard and tasteless, but the worst was that in the evening after eating them I felt terrible, I'm not just talking about a stomach ache ... As you can see I gave this place more possibilities thinking that sometimes one can make mistakes, but making mistakes every time I would say is too much.

E a volte mi fermo a fare colazione presso il bar Tornatora interno al centro commerciale I GRANAI. Oggi mi sono fermato per la prima volta presso questa nuova sede in via Baldovinetti per fare colazione con mia moglie. È stata una esperienza davvero soddisfacente,personalmente avevo voglia di togliermi una soddisfazione golosa ed ho assaggiato un cannolo siciliano che era davvero squisito: a differenza dei normali cannoli, la sensazione è stata quella di assaporare della ricotta fresca, cosa che capita di rado finanche a Palermo. La cortesia del personale e la grande qualità della proposta gastronomica che spero si intuisca dalle illustrazioni che allego, fanno di questa struttura un validissimo punto di riferimento per il quartiere dell'eur dove abitiamo. Alessio da Roma I have been a customer of Tornatora pastry shops for several years; in particular I frequent the headquarters in via del serafico, where I have the habit of having sweets prepared for special occasions (they use a truly phenomenal Chantilly cream). And sometimes I stop for breakfast at the Tornatora bar inside the I GRANAI shopping center. Today I stopped for the first time at this new location in via Baldovinetti to have breakfast with my wife. It was a really satisfying experience, personally I wanted to take away a greedy satisfaction and I tasted a Sicilian cannoli that was really delicious: unlike normal cannoli, the sensation was that of savoring fresh ricotta, which rarely happens even to Palermo. The courtesy of the staff and the great quality of the gastronomic proposal that I hope you can guess from the illustrations that I enclose, make this structure a very valid point of reference for the EUR district where we live. Ho chiesto un torta per il compleanno di mio figlio molto semplice una charlotte crema chantilly e crema al cioccolato. La torta non era conforme alla mia richiesta è stata fatta solo con crema chantilly per non parlare della decorazione creata con poca panna che sembrava quella spray, il top sono state le fragole congelate intorno alla torta in pieno autunno!!! Non lo consiglio assolutamente Bad experience and lack of professionalism! I asked for a very simple cake for my son's birthday a charlotte chantilly cream and chocolate cream. The cake did not conform to my request it was made only with chantilly cream not to mention the decoration created with a little cream that looked like that spray, the top was the frozen strawberries around to the cake in the middle of autumn !!! I absolutely do not recommend it
