Buonasera, gradiremmo sapere su cosa è basata la sua valutazione, in quanto non ci risulta che abbia mai avuto contatti/problemi particolari con la nostra attività. Cordiali saluti.
Semplicemente mi è sembrato esagerato il pagamento di 6 ore di lavoro per la sostituzione di 4 candelette di preriscaldamento. Ho chiesto ad un officina fiat e mi è stato detto che anche trovando qualche problema 2 ore - due ore e mezza sarebbero state già ben pagate. Auto ritirata il giorno 8ottobre

The payment of 6 hours of work for the replacement of 4 glow plugs simply seemed exaggerated to me. I asked a fiat workshop and was told that even finding some problems 2 hours - two and a half hours would have already been well paid. Car withdrawn on 8 October
