Chiaramente si ė dovuto correre ai ripari acquistando altre bottiglie all’ultimo. Comunicazione assente, probabilmente con la scusa che la vendita era avvenuta tramite Vivino, come se i venditori terzi di Amazon non seguissero il cliente passo durante il processo di vendita! Disguidi possono capitare e personalmente mi è capitato più di una volta di essere contattato da commerciali che mi proponevano cambi di bottiglie per sopperire alla mancanza di alcune che avevo richieste, oppure la spedizione delle disponibili e il conseguente rimborso delle mancanti. Nulla di tutto ciò è stato fatto dal venditore in questione. Avrebbero anche potuto trovare il modo di scusarsi per il disagio provocato, magari con un gesto simbolico: un piccolo cavatappi in omaggio, un buono sconto, una bottiglia…tutte cose che chi compra vino con regolarità ha senz’altro avuto modo di sperimentare nel corso del tempo. Ma niente, nulla di nulla. Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista.
