★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono figlia di un ex macellaio dunque la carne Buona la conosco bene e la carne del Sig. Carlo lo è!! Un posto per intenditori e buongustai con tante specialità tra polpette e hamburger particolari per tutti i gusti.
Finalmente dopo 8 anni che vivo a Monterotondo ho ripreso ad acquistare carne!
I state that I am the daughter of a former butcher so I know good meat and Mr. Carlo's meat is! A place for connoisseurs and gourmets with many specialties including meatballs and particular burgers for all tastes.
Finally after 8 years of living in Monterotondo I have started buying meat again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante il locale sia piccola la macellerie é ospitale ed il banco é ben assortito. Il titolare é molto attento alle restrizioni imposte dall'emergenza Covid in atto e molto molto disponibile e simpatico. La carne, anche se un po cara, é di qualità. Ha tante prelibatezze da lui e dalle sue collaboratrici (moglie e figlia se non sbaglio) preparate da degustare. Consiglio vivamente.
Although the place is small, the butcher's is welcoming and the counter is well stocked. The owner is very attentive to the restrictions imposed by the Covid emergency in progress and very, very helpful and nice. The meat, even if a little expensive, is of quality. He has many delicacies prepared by him and his collaborators (wife and daughter if I'm not mistaken) to taste. I highly recommend.
