Ho perso un pomeriggio dietro alle bugie di una ragazza che invece di chiamare chi di dovere per farsi dare indicazioni per telefono, ha pensato di inventarsi tutta una storiella sul fatto che loro non fanno resi. Inutile dire che poi alla fine il reso lo hanno fatto perché lo possono fare tutti i punti vendita in Italia. Mille problemi per una procedura che richiede un minuto di tempo. Pessima esperienza
Incompetent staff who can't make a return and invent imaginative company policies to not do it !! I wasted an afternoon behind the lies of a girl who, instead of calling the right person to get directions by phone, thought she'd come up with a whole story about the fact that they don't make returns. It goes without saying that in the end they did the return because all the points of sale in Italy can do it. A thousand problems for a procedure that takes a minute of time. Bad experience
