★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato delle scarpe da bambino in questo negozio ad fine ottobre 2020. A inizio dicembre 2020 le scarpe del bambino avevano ceduto parecchio e premetto che durante la pandemia mio figlio le usava solo per andare a scuola. Vado dalla proprietaria per chiedere se , vista la cattiva riuscita di scarpe pagate 85 euro della naturino, può contattare il rivenditore per capire se sono fallate. La proprietaria è rimasta subito infastidita dalla mia richiesta ovviamente i toni dopo un po’ si sono scaldati sia da una parte che dall’altra. Lascio comunque le scarpe per avere un riscontro della commerciale in quanto penso in mio diritto. Ricevo poi messaggi veramente poco professionali dalla proprietaria che non soddisfatta pubblica la foto delle scarpe del mio bambino raccontando l’accaduto a cui seguono tantissimi insulti alla mia persona , commentati e avallati dalla suddetta signora. Comunque ho poi contattato la commerciale perché a un certo punto la proprietaria mi ha detto che dovevo sbrigarmela da sola, le ho spiegata la situazione e anche allegato le foto con con tutti i messaggi e il comportamento da bulla della loro cliente, ricevo scuse e le scarpe in cambio. Alla fine il problema , a detta della commerciale, era stato che la signora aveva sbagliato il numero da darmi aggiungendo che “facciamo anche vedere a chi si rifornisce da noi come si prendono le misure”. Aggiungerei che il cliente non ha sempre ragione ma da qui a bullizzarlo sui social mettendo le foto delle scarpe di un bambino ce ne passa.

However, I then contacted the commercial because at a certain point the owner told me that I had to handle it myself, I explained the situation and also attached the photos with all the messages and the bully behavior of their client, I receive apologies and shoes in exchange. In the end the problem, according to the commercial, was that the lady had the wrong number to give me, adding that "we also show those who buy from us how to take the measures". I would add that the customer is not always right but from here bullying him on social networks by putting photos of a child's shoes passes.
