★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente elegante e ricercato. Personale cortese e disponibile. La titolare.... Credo di non aver mai trovato in nessuna categoria così tanta preparazione. È una SIGNORA, sotto tutti gli aspetti. Il profumo è ciò che fa da padrone. Il profumo che Lei ti racconta è ciò che fa per te, e che ti differenzia da tutti.
 Elegant and refined environment. Courteous and helpful staff. The owner .... I believe I have never found in any class so much preparation. She is a LADY, in all respects. The scent is what the master. The scent you tells you what it does for you, and that differentiates you from everyone.

Se da un lato la signorina Giulia ha dimostrato competenza, professionalità e disponibilità, dall’altro la titolare del negozio si è dimostrata alquanto irriverente, nonché scortese, invitandoci ad uscire dopo che avevamo fatto loro visita da un’altra città (su consiglio di una rinomata profumeria di nicchia), solo perché (forse) ci eravamo (a suo avviso)trattenuti un po’ troppo all’interno del negozio. Premetto che ho effettuato acquisti e in alcun modo abbiamo fatto pesare la nostra presenza. Al contrario. La signorina Giulia ha espresso soddisfazione per il nostro interessamento, e la nostra curiosità. Al momento di pagare, la titolare signora CARLA si è trattenuta più del dovuto con altri clienti alla cassa (ben vedendo che dovevamo pagare ed andarcene, secondo SUO ESPLICITO SUGGERIMENTO!!!), ha infilato il profumo in un sacchetto anonimo, ci ha liquidato in fretta e furia ed è tornata a chiacchierare con le sue amiche.
Per ultimo. Dovevamo partecipare ad una presentazione di una nuova fragranza...presentazione che non si è svolta, anzi posticipata senza preavviso!
Siamo allo stesso livello delle profumerie commerciali!
In parole povere...Lì dentro, MAI PIÙ!!!
It was a disappointing experience! While on the one hand Miss Giulia showed competence, professionalism and availability, on the other hand the owner of the shop proved to be somewhat irreverent, as well as rude, inviting us to go out after we had visited them from another city (on the advice of a renowned niche perfumery), only because (perhaps) we had (in his opinion) held back a little too much inside the shop. I state that I have made purchases and in no way have we made our presence weigh. In reverse. Miss Giulia expressed satisfaction with our interest, and our curiosity. At the time of paying, the owner Mrs. CARLA stayed longer than necessary with other customers at the cashier (seeing well that we had to pay and leave, according to HER EXPLICIT SUGGESTION !!!), she put the perfume in an anonymous bag, she liquidated us in a hurry and returned to chat with her friends.
For last. We had to participate in a presentation of a new fragrance ... presentation that did not take place, rather postponed without notice!
We are on the same level as commercial perfumeries!
Put simply ... In there, NEVER AGAIN !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fare shopping in centro storico dovrebbe riservare molte "chicche" di negozi come questo. C'è passione prima di tutto e poi una selezione incredibile di prodotti di qualità.
Vietato comperare senza fare prima un'esperienza sensoriale.
Shopping in the historic center should reserve many "goodies" of shops like this. There is passion first of all and then an incredible selection of quality products.
It is forbidden to buy without first having a sensory experience.

Scegliere con Lei un profumo e come fare un viaggio.
Carla e Giulia sono persone accoglienti e gentili, con i loro racconti sanno rappresentare esattamente l'essenza che evoca il profumo che poi ti faranno provare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E un posto quasi fiabesco,dove le cose brutte e i tuoi problemi non osano entrare.. tutto questo lasci fuori ed entri nel mondo dei sogni.. non basta mai tempo per stare lì,per ascoltare la Signora,..per assaggiare,annusare e guardare!!..e proprio la gioia per lo spirito,per l'anima..e posso dire che l'incantesimo non svanisce poi . neanche i giorni dopo.. perché ti resta il profumo che hai portato via , qualche accessorio luccicante,..che hai comprato anche se non era "un programma"..e, certamente,resta sempre il desiderio di tornare..
It is an almost fairytale place, where bad things and your problems do not dare to enter .. all this you leave out and enter the world of dreams .. there is never enough time to stay there, to listen to the Lady, .. to taste, smell and look !! .. and just the joy for the spirit, for the soul .. and I can say that the spell does not vanish then. not even the days after .. because you still have the perfume you took away, some shiny accessories, .. that you bought even if it wasn't "a program" .. and, of course, there is always the desire to come back ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrare in questo splendido negozio è come fare un viaggio dell'anima alla scoperta di fragranze rare, seducenti e misteriose, alla scoperta del proprio essere autentico. E' un mondo magico fatto di gentilezza, passione, empatia ed estrema professionalità. Ho acquistato l'altro ieri il mio primo Montale, Arabians Tonka per la precisione, ma più che un acquisto è stata un'esperienza. Quindi grazie, a presto per il Black Aoud che mi son pentito di non aver portato via con me subito. A prestissimo.
Entering this splendid shop is like taking a journey of the soul to discover rare, seductive and mysterious fragrances, to discover one's authentic being. It is a magical world made of kindness, passion, empathy and extreme professionalism. I bought my first Montale the day before yesterday, Arabians Tonka to be precise, but more than a purchase it was an experience. So thank you, see you soon for the Black Aoud which I regret not taking away with me right away. See you soon.
