Stefano, il clinic Manager, mi ha seguito durante tutto il percorso della visita ed è stato di grande supporto. Il preventivo era allineato ad altre strutture, ma la qualità è nettamente superiore. Grazie a tutto lo staff (sia odontoiatri che segretarie) per avermi fatto superare la paura del dentista! Very clean and professional environment. The staff were really welcoming, I immediately felt at ease despite being terrified of the dentist. Stefano, the Clinic Manager, followed me throughout the visit and was a great support. The estimate was in line with other structures, but the quality is much higher. Thanks to all the staff (both dentists and secretaries) for making me overcome the fear of the dentist!

Lo staff é gentilissimo e accogliente, ti fa sentire a tuo agio (cosa difficile da un dentista). Ho trovato il loro approccio molto professionale e sincero. Comodità la possibilità di parcheggio interna al centro commerciale, ma facilmente raggiungibile in metro. Ambiente molto pulito. I went there today for a visit and teeth cleaning and I strongly recommend this center. The staff is very kind and welcoming, makes you feel at ease (which is difficult for a dentist). Ad agosto ho avuto un momento non facile per dei dolori non facilmente inquadrabili e persistenti in bocca e a livello di mascella/mandibola. L'igienista è stata molto umana anche perché io ero veramente molto provata, e la ringrazio. Il manager Stefano è stato molto gentile, abbiamo fatto i controlli che si potevano fare al momento e l'odontoiatra, anche lui molto disponibile, mi ha consigliato di indagare adesso a livello gnatologico, senza insistere per fare estrazioni senza prima aver capito su quel piano. Li ringrazio perché sono stati tutti veramente disponibili ed accoglienti, senza ripeto insistere per "fare e disfare", Consiglio e continuerò a far riferimento a loro. I	Ilenia G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono paziente/cliente Caredent con invisalign da ormai diversi anni e troppe sono le motivazioni per cui mi sento di sconsigliare questo centro: sorvolando le lunghe attese rispetto l'appuntamento dato, di cui molti lamentano, la miriade di messaggi senza risposta, e gli appuntamenti dimenticati, gli episodi più negativi sono anche peggiori. In primis c'è l'intero trattamento eseguito in modo grossolano lasciando difetti confermarti non solo da un medico esterno, ma anche da un odontoiatra interno alla clinica! Mi è stata poi fatta una contenzione sbagliata per cui è stato necessario ripetere 3 mesi di trattamento. Oltre alle varie visite che costano tempo e soldi, non ho mai ricevuto scuse per un errore non mio, che ho comunque accettato con enorme pazienza. Dulcis in fundo, la contenzione finale è dolorosa, tanto causarmi disagi ogni notte. Quando l'ho fatto presente mi è stato detto che per cambiarla avrei dovuto pagare 200€ oltre tutti i soldi che già elargiti. Oltre al danno, la beffa. Alla fine di tutto questo, più di un mese fa vengo contattata dal centro che vorrebbe offrirmi una visita per ovviare ai disagi creati, dopodiché silenzio, spariti nel nulla. Dopo tutto ciò, il minimo che possa fare è continuare a sconsigliare Caredent a tutti i miei conoscenti come sto facendo, tra cui un'amica che ha iniziato un trattamento invisalign full altrove dietro mia indicazione. Last but not least, the final restraint is painful, causing me discomfort every night. When I mentioned it, I was told that to change it I would have to pay € 200 in addition to all the money that has already been given. In addition to the damage, the insult. At the end of all this, more than a month ago I was contacted by the center which would like to offer me a visit to remedy the inconvenience created, after which silence, disappeared into thin air. After all this, the least I can do is continue to advise against Caredent to all my acquaintances as I am doing, including a friend who has started an invisalign full treatment elsewhere at my direction.

Mi trovo BENISSIMO: sia con Stefano, il clinic manager, che con il dott Politi che mi sta seguendo in questo percorso. Professionali, sempre accoglienti e gentili. Consigliatissimo! I started doing invisalign for 6 months in this clinic. The results I have already achieved are incredible! Ł	Łukasz Lebioda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!! I went there for a check because part of my tooth fell out and so I went there to check as it was close. What I got was a quote for 1800 EUR (of course with a insurance cover it would be less from my pocket but i would use my whole allowance) and info from the dentist that i have to do the crown and if i won't i will lose my teeth... i was so in shock as i had many fillings done in the past and never heard such thing... so i went to a DIFFERENT clinic that has a high specialty in making crowns (in Milano) and they said that this is absolutely NOT TRUE and they would never even do a crown for that. They did many photos , explained everything to me... the dentist showed me photos and talked to me then called another passing by dentist. Showed him photos and asked "what do you think?" and he said... "filling" I asked surprised "why not crown?" he replied "why would you do a crown for this?" i said "why not?" and he gave me the full explananion. Then both asked me why am i asking about crown and i said that i was in "Caredent" .. they stopped me and said "ok, we know everything now".. i was told that this is how Caredent is making money and they give a plan for customers to get as much as possible from insurance funds ... even if patient does not need the proposed treatment.... which was exactly the same in my case. !!!
