Pronti e pazienti per qualsiasi problematica e perplessità del paziente.Bravissimi anche gli assistenti alla poltrona che sono davvero il braccio destro del dentista. In oltre gli ambienti di lavoro esterni alla zona delle operazioni, ma soprattutto questi ultimi, sono davvero puliti sotto ogni aspetto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero conveniente, poiché con prezzi relativamente allineati alla media, a mio parere, si ha nel complesso um ottimo servizio. Absolutely efficient, prepared, problem solving and quick to solve them without undergoing extra sessions that take time for the user. Ready and patient for any problem and perplexity of the patient. Also very good are the dental assistants who are really the right arm of the dentist. In addition to the work environments outside the area of operations, but above all the latter, they are really clean in every respect. The value for money is really affordable, since with prices relatively in line with the average, in my opinion, you have an overall excellent service.

Personalmente concedo una nota di merito per il Dottor Vinci Giglio, molto bravo, preparato, professionale e sempre in grado di mettere a proprio agio il paziente. Una vera garanzia. La professionalità, la velocità e la comodità di tutto lo studio si sono dimostrate al di sopra di ogni previsione. Dal servizio alla reception, sempre cordiale e preciso, all'assistente di poltrona, professionale e simpatico, fino (ovviamente) al dottore, delicato, preciso, bravissimo e davvero amichevole, non riesco a trovare un solo punto critico. Anche e soprattutto in questo periodo reso più difficile e complicato dal Covid-19. Complimenti a tutto lo staff: tornerò sicuramente per visite di controllo e future necessità. Grazie. I have just completed a series of sessions with Dr. Vinci and I must say I am really satisfied and happy. The professionalism, speed and comfort of the whole studio proved to be above all expectations. From the service at the reception, always friendly and precise, to the chair assistant, professional and nice, up (obviously) to the doctor, delicate, precise, very good and really friendly, I can't find a single critical point. Also and above all in this period made more difficult and complicated by Covid-19. Congratulations to all the staff: I will definitely be back for follow-up visits and future needs. Thank you.

A parte la professionalità di tutto lo staff, la pulizia e la struttura nuova e confortevole, sono anche i modi dei professionisti che conquistano e catturano la fiducia. Il modo semplice per spiegare il lavoro da effettuare, il sorriso che non manca mai e la gentilezza sempre apprezzata. Vi ho mandato mio marito, mia figlia, una collega e lo consiglierò a tutti. L'età giovane dello staff potrebbe all'inizio insinuare dei dubbi, mentre è un punto di forza per maggiore scrupolosità ed attenzione. Finalmente ho trovato il mio dentista e mi reputo molto fortunata. Una menzione particolare per il Dott. Muratore ed Elvira alla reception, ma in generale per tutto lo staff. Bravi Davvero !!!! Preciso attento e scrupoloso nel spiegare al paziente il lavoro che va ad eseguire e questa cosa mi tranquillizza sempre. Anche in reception moltissima cordialità,sono sempre tutte super carine! Lo staff in generale merita assolutamente! Consigliatissimo! I am on my third appointment with Dr. Cammi and I must say that I am very, very well! Ho preso appuntamento per il 30.7, visita di controllo + igiene dentale. Da subito ho segnalato al medico un persistente dolore ai molari; questi mi ha tranquillizato, dicendomi che si trattava di un semplice gonfiore gengivale e che sarebbe stato sufficiente proseguire con antidolorofici. Risultato: dopo nemmeno 48h sono stato costretto a recarmi presso un pronto soccorso dentistico, dove in 30 secondi mi hanno diagnosticato la necrosi del molare e conseguente necessità di cura antibiotica. Il dente peraltro aveva assunto il tipico colorito blu/violaceo, si vedeva a occhio nudo. La mia salute è stata messa a repentaglio, chi ne risponderà? Feedback negativo anche per quanto concerne l'intervento di igiene dentale: la sera stessa era ancora visibile del tartaro a occhio nudo. Ahimé l'intervento stesso è durato poco più di 10 minuti, con il medico che nel frattempo rispondeva alle richieste di una collega. Sinceramente sono molto deluso, non mi era mai capitato di essere trattato con tanta superficialità. Unico riscontro positivo per le persone all'accoglienza, molto gentili e professionali. I don't usually leave such bad reviews, but my experience with this clinic was sadly bad. I made an appointment for 30.7, checkup + dental hygiene. I immediately reported persistent pain in my molars to the doctor; he reassured me, telling me that it was a simple gum swelling and that it would be enough to continue with painkillers. Result: after less than 48 hours I was forced to go to a dental emergency room, where in 30 seconds I was diagnosed with molar necrosis and consequent need for antibiotic treatment. The tooth, however, had assumed the typical blue / purple color, could be seen with the naked eye. My health has been jeopardized, who will answer? Negative feedback also regarding the dental hygiene intervention: that same evening some tartar was still visible to the naked eye. Alas, the surgery itself lasted just over 10 minutes, with the doctor responding in the meantime to requests from a colleague. Honestly, I am very disappointed, I had never before been treated with such superficiality. The only positive feedback for the people at the reception, very kind and professional.
