Nella giornata odierna, avevo urgenza di prenotare una visita per mia mamma e ho provato a chiamare 224 volte. sempre occupato o quando suonava non rispondeva nessuno. 1 star, it is not for the doctor, because I have never made any visits from him, but it is for those who take care of answering the phone. Recensione negativissima non per la mancata bravura del medico ma per l'incompetenza totale e la disumanità del personale di segreteria e prenotazione. Ieri in mattinata ho chiamato lo studio Arcidiacono,chiedendo di fare ""a pagamento"" un semplice elettrocardiogramma durata 3/4minuti che mi serviva per l'esecuzione di un esame Tac per paziente oncologico con la massima urgenza purtroppo. Mi è stato risposto che potevo farlo a settembre solo fra 5 mesi,in quanto la cardiologia è al completo, gli ho spiegato la motivazione d'urgenza e mi è stato detto di non potermi aiutare. Fortunatamente nello stesso giorno presso altro studio di cardiologia ho eseguito l'elettrocardiogramma, anche quest'altro non aveva disponibilità vicina, ma trattandosi di urgenza , mi hanno inserito. Spero che questa mia recensione venga letta dai medici per mettersi una mano nella coscienza e non pensare solo ai soldi, e di fare pulizia del personale incompetente,pigro, e disumano per magari cercargli un altro lavoro al macello! Scusate lo sfogo,ma non è accettabile avere queste esperienze,non cerco ne scuse nemmeno risposte riparatorie. Aiutiamo sempre chi sta peggio di noi,siamo tutti sotto lo stesso cielo! Unfortunately the minimum is 1 Star !! Very negative review not for the lack of skill of the doctor but for the total incompetence and inhumanity of the secretarial and booking staff. Yesterday morning I called the Archdeacon studio, asking to do "" for a fee "" a simple electrocardiogram lasting 3/4 minutes that I needed to perform a CT scan for cancer patient with the utmost urgency unfortunately. I was told that I could do it in September only in 5 months, as the cardiology is complete, I explained the reasons for the urgency and I was told that I could not help myself. Fortunately, on the same day at another cardiology office I performed the electrocardiogram, this one too was not available nearby, but as it was an emergency, they put me in. I hope that this review of mine will be read by doctors to put a hand in their conscience and not think only about money, and to clean up the incompetent, lazy, and inhumane staff to maybe look for another job at the slaughterhouse! Sorry for the outburst, but it is not acceptable to have these experiences, I do not seek excuses or even restorative answers. We always help those who are worse off than us, we are all under the same sky!
