Posto bellissimo, i due menù proposti sono egualmente fantastici, la lista dei vini, le ricette e sapori totalmente centrati con le aspettative e personale qualificato sposano assieme alla rinomata fama dello chef un connubio con lo splendido posto che pochi conoscono e per poche persone ma per eventi veramente speciali. Torneremo certamente, la vita è fatta anche di questi momenti sempre più rari ed è questo uno dei bei momenti da ricercare e godersi. Consiglio a tutti coloro che decideranno di andare al Caracol, rilassatevi e godete quanto il team del locale e dello chef Carannante sapranno offrire
Spectacular! Beautiful place, the two menus proposed are equally fantastic, the wine list, the recipes and flavors totally centered on the expectations and qualified personnel marry together with the renowned fame of the chef a combination with the splendid place that few know and for few people but for truly special events. We will certainly come back, life is also made up of these increasingly rare moments and this is one of the beautiful moments to seek and enjoy. I recommend to all those who decide to go to the Caracol, relax and enjoy what the team of the restaurant and the chef Carannante will be able to offer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of hype and techniques, but nothing I'd return for. Integrated mid to low end products and failed to elevate them to a noteworthy culinary experience. Nothing served to us had 'pop' or 'wow' factor. I wouldn't even place this restaurant in the top 10 of my Italian meals. They are outpaced by farm to table agroturismos, gastro-pubs and other traditionally priced restaurants.
