Rispondo, sono stato contattato dalla struttura: sono sicuro di quel che dico eravamo in tre, mio figlio di 8 anni non ha mangiato ovviamente i crudi di mare e sta benissimo, io e mia moglie no, a distanza di una settimana ne portiamo gli strascichi, non è influenza, ma intossicazione alimentare. Ed è proprio sui crudi che volevo, spendere qualche parola, inerente alla discussione recente. Sono 2 anni, che 7 persone mangiano i crudi, solo ed esclusivamente in questo locale. Ciò non toglie che ognuno ha i propri gusti, e le proprie preferenze, senza nulla togliere ai tanti altri ristoranti che lavorano bene, ma alla casa del pescatore, non ci si sente male per aver mangiato crudi, ma perché non vorresti mai andare via. Dagli antipasti di pesce sia crudo che cotto abbondanti e freschissimi, ai primi e fino al dolce è stato tutto squisito. Qualità prezzo eccellente. Servizio impeccabile e location comoda con parcheggio interno e area verde all’esterno. Il mare distante pochi metri vi raggiunge in tavola e vi delizia. Giardino esterno curato e favoloso per apprezzare il torpore post pranzo e la brezza marina. Parcheggio interno custodito. Lo chef poi è sempre in grado di dirti dove è stato pescato ogni singolo prodotto. I crudi sono sempre perfetti. Ho avuto modo di vedere anche il loro abbattitore, si vede che hanno investito tanto. Anche se la loro vocazione è la cunica di mare, lo consiglio anche alle famiglie con i bambini più piccoli. Sono sempre disponibili a preparare per i piccoli cose buonissime e di altissima qualità. Il bellissimo prato naturale si riempie sempre di bambini che, riparati dal vento, giocano al sole e all'aria aperta. I dolci poi... sublimi. Ti fanno sentire sempre a casa e per questo ci torniamo spesso e le nostre aspettative non sono mai state deluse. Il conto? Per quello che offrono è sicuramente vantaggioso.
