G	Gianluca Gallicchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio un contratto per prendere un sony z1 prendo il telefono dopo un giorno mi chiamano che non si può fare piu il contratto e devo portare il telefono indietro ..lascio stare per non creare casini.... 2 )io e la mia compagna acquistiamo sempre con contratto 2 s8...ci dicono che ce da aspettare ...aspetto 2 settimane arriva un telefono l altro no..!! Com scuse varie ci prendono in giro per circa altre due settimane per poi dirci che il telefono non ce quindi la mia compagna dopo aver firmato e stipulato un contratto rimane fregata !! 3) qui arriva il bello...il telefono s8 che avevo preso con contratto è stato bloccato dalla wind perche ' c erano stati degli errori nei pagamenti ..ovviamente nessuno ha mai pensato di avvisarci perche la email che la signorina commessa aveva scritto ERA SBAGLIATA e quindi non potevamo essere informarti su certe situazioni gestionali. Ora ho il telefono bloccato da circa 2 settimane ..con problemi davvero grandi per la mia vita sociale e non solo ...il negozio messo al corrente se ne frga altamente..abbiamo mandato anche lamentele al responsabile tramite email senza avere risposte in merito. Vi dico solo che sono senza parole ..anzi ne ho ma è meglio che stia zitto! E 'penoso avere a che fare con l incopetenza di certe persone soprattutto quando poi di fronte agli errori commessi cercano la fuga e si nascondono dietro altri rimbalzando la colpa a chi forse non ne ha. Com various excuses make fun of us for about another two weeks and then tell us that the phone is not there so my partner after having signed and stipulated a contract remains screwed !! 3) here comes the beauty ... the s8 phone I had taken with the contract was blocked by the wind because there had been errors in the payments ... obviously no one has ever thought to notify us because the email that the lady clerk had written WAS WRONG and therefore we could not be informed about certain management situations. Now my phone has been blocked for about 2 weeks .. with really big problems for my social life and not only ... the shop is aware of it highly .. we also sent complaints to the manager via email without having any answers. . I just tell you that I am speechless .. indeed I have but you better shut up! It is painful to have to deal with the incompetence of certain people, especially when faced with the mistakes made, they try to escape and hide behind others, bouncing the blame on those who perhaps have none. It's a shame-!
