★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che do il massimo per il prodotto ricevuto che funziona e spero che duri e la velocità di comunicazione con il personale, chiamano e rispondono senza attesa. Vorrei dare due consigli:
1) Cercate di migliorare nel fornire il numero di rintracciabilità della spedizione, io ho dovuto richiederlo tramite WhatsApp che puntualmente mi è stato inviato sempre su WhatsApp;
2) Quando è previsto il reso, fate in modo che quando fate la spedizione dell'acquisto fate coincidere con l'arrivo dell'ordine anche la restituzione del reso, in modo tale che uno non deve stare in ansia anche per il reso.
I state that I do my best for the product received that works and I hope it lasts and the speed of communication with the staff, they call and answer without waiting. I would like to give two tips:
1) Try to improve in providing the tracking number of the shipment, I had to request it via WhatsApp which was promptly sent to me on WhatsApp;
2) When the return is expected, make sure that when you make the shipment of the purchase you make the return of the return coincide with the arrival of the order, so that one does not have to worry about the return.
