R	Rita granato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza e maleducazione da parte di una farmacista se così si può definire,ci tengo a precisare che dal primo giorno sono loro buona cliente ma oggi putroppo mi sono trovata in una situazione spiacevole. Non consiglio questo luogo però consiglio un po' di gentilezza, educazione e umiltà parte di questa farmacista che so per certo è abituata a questo comportamento con tanti clienti. Non merita neanche una stella la recensione Bad experience and rudeness on the part of a pharmacist if it can be defined as such, I want to clarify that from the first day I am their good customer but today unfortunately I found myself in an unpleasant situation. I don't recommend this place however I recommend a little kindness, education and humility from this pharmacist who I know for sure is used to this behavior with so many customers. It does not even deserve a star review

Aperta da pochi mesi la farmacia presenta difficoltà di rodaggio e di sincronizzazione con il target della clientela che verranno risolti in breve nell'interesse di tutti. Aspettare sul marciapiede non sembra la soluzione ideale per i mesi invernali e per la clientela avanti con l'età ... Meglio e più remunerativo stabilire un percorso interno! Kind, competent. Praticamente venerdì pomeriggio sono andata il prodotto (2 confezioni) non c'era, ordinato per il giorno dopo, torno il giorno dopo c'è solo una confezione, mi dicono di tornare martedì, torno martedì sera il prodotto ancora non è arrivato e mi dicono stasera, ora prego che stasera ci sia! Tra l'altro non abito neanche in zona, avvisate! Bad experience I had to go back three times for an ordered product, never again! Practically Friday afternoon I went the product (2 packs) was not there, ordered for the next day, I come back the next day there is only one pack, they tell me to come back on Tuesday, I come back on Tuesday evening the product has not arrived yet and I they say tonight, now I pray there will be tonight! D	Donnie Brasco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato questa farmacia per necessità impellenti, in quanto le 4 farmacie vicine alla mia abitazione non sono riuscite a soddisfare la mia richiesta. Mi sono recato presso la farmacia in diverse ore della mattina e del pomeriggio e per motivi non imputabili ai dottori le mie attese era relativamente lunghe, ebbene in tutte le occasioni in cui sono stato presente e con con il sottoscritto il personale della farmacia si è sempre dimostrato paziente, cortese e disponibile mai sopra le righe anche quando il flusso di persone, di richieste e conseguentemente la pressione si elevava. In particolare segnalo la pazienza infinita di una dottoressa capelli lunghi sulle spalle di colore castano chiaro nell'aiutare le persone anziane anche se visibilmente e comprensibilmente stanca. Ho assistito anche a prese di posizione e rifiuto alle richieste non possibili di alcune persone in modo fermo ma sempre garbato. Purtroppo l'elevata distanza dalla mia abitazione non fanno di essa la mia farmacia abituale ma le tengo sempre in considerazione per ogni necessità ..... Aggiungo di mio una stella plus I found this pharmacy for urgent needs, as the 4 pharmacies close to my home were unable to meet my request. I went to the pharmacy at different hours in the morning and in the afternoon and for reasons not attributable to the doctors my waits were relatively long, well on all the occasions in which I was present and with myself the staff of the pharmacy has always proved patient, courteous and always available over the top even when the flow of people, requests and consequently the pressure rose. In particular, I point out the infinite patience of a long-haired doctor with light brown hair on the shoulders in helping elderly people even if visibly and understandably tired. I have also witnessed positions taken and refusal to requests not possible from some people in a firm but always polite way. Unfortunately, the high distance from my home does not make it my usual pharmacy but I always take them into consideration for every need ..... I add a star plus from my own
