Massima disponibilità in tutto, dall'accoglienza del cliente alla trasparenza nel comunicare tutte le lavorazioni prima e concordarle. In giro per Roma ce ne sono molti, ma una volta che trovi la fiducia ricambiata, anche costasse un pò di più (e non è stato il mio caso - anzi mi ha applicato sconti dove poteva), non cambi più. Lo consiglio! Bravi Saverio e Peppe!
I ended up there thanks to Groupon and the reviews. I was immediately advised on the type of service to do as my car is under warranty. Maximum availability in everything, from welcoming the customer to transparency in communicating all the processes beforehand and agreeing them. There are many of them around Rome, but once you find the trust returned, even if it cost a little more (and it wasn't my case - in fact it gave me discounts where it could), you never change. I advise! Well done Saverio and Peppe!

Quando esegue un lavoro spiega nel dettaglio e in modo semplice e chiaro il lavoro che fa alla macchina, inoltre prima di accettare il lavoro spiega che se ci sono delle parti estremamente rovinate le sostituisce.
Consiglio vivamente questa officina.
Mr. Giuseppe is an honest person, kind and very professional.
When he performs a job he explains in detail and in a simple and clear way the work he does on the machine, also before accepting the job he explains that if there are extremely damaged parts he replaces them.
I highly recommend this workshop.
