except the fingerprint staff , Stanza n,1 the only real humans that works in questura di roma are working in that Room
you got to be there so early other wise if you missed any appointment they will make you wait for another 3 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for political asylum, then you have to be so so lucky to, atleast enter the office. There is no queue system. Atleast there should be a token system or their should be a quote for each counties.
For others service it's good.

Terribly slow service! The building is far and isolated, out in the middle of nowhere. Rundown facility, they never answer phone calls, officer smoking in the office, unprofessional, no queuing system, disorganized, only 4 counters were open, one officer in counter(no.4) was sleeping on the job. I don’t understand her role?
After 2 hours of waiting in the depressing seating area, we were given an appointment...for 2 months later. Bizarre!
An incompetent staff gave us unclear instructions. What should be done within a week was unnecessarily dragged into 6 months. Clear example of Italian bureaucracy. At least the police personnel outside was polite.
