TRUFFATORI Very bad, too bad you can't put zero stars, brought the car due to a problem with the LPG system ... € 200 stolen without an invoice and the car was returned to me with the same problem. Lavoro svolto con estrema superficialità, mi sono ritrovata senza due viti di un pannello e il sistema di antifurto è andato nuovamente in tilt dopo soli 4 mesi dalla loro "riparazione". Quando ho chiamato per far presente il problema, mi è stato risposto che la loro garanzia era di 3 mesi...vergognosi! Inoltre i costi della manodopera sono elevati a mio parere, senza poter avere un riscontro effettivo di quanto abbiano lavorato sulla mia automobile. I was used to always finding quality and professionalism in Bosch centers, but this is not the case. Work done with extreme superficiality, I found myself without two screws of a panel and the anti-theft system went haywire again after only 4 months from their "repair". When I called to raise the issue, I was told that their warranty was 3 months ... shameful! Furthermore, the labor costs are high in my opinion, without being able to have an actual confirmation of how much they have worked on my car.

f	francesco gentilini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono passato oggi per far mettere il bollino del cambio olio che vi eravate scordati di mettere durante la revisione, siccome ero venuto a piedi mi e' stato chiesto se non ho guardato sulla porta..., nella ricevuta del 24/2 potete controllare se volete..., e' stata cambiata la stecca dell'olio, che chiaramente non e' quella giusta per la macchina. Si aggiunge che oggi dal gommista ho fatto cambiare le ruote perche' erano vecchie di 5 anni e quindi "cristallizzate" - non mi potevate avvertire quando avete provato i freni (che funzionavano - se no la macchina non passava alla revisione) che le gomme erano da cambiare? Maggiore professionalita' non guasta..... Il responsabile invece dice "no, me s'è rotta na cosa tecnica", chiedo spiegazioni e farfuglia qualcosa di una roba che non può spiegarmi. Cerco di capire se è un problema con i mezzi d'epoca e di tutta risposta inizia a fare finta che stesse cadendo la linea (io ero fermo e loro erano col numero fisso). La netta sensazione è proprio che non volessero farlo. Brutta esperienza soprattutto per la presa in giro. Rude and unprofessional. I am calling for a review of a vintage vehicle. The lady who answers is nice and says there should be no problems. The manager, on the other hand, says "no, I broke a technical thing", I ask for explanations and mumbles something about something that he cannot explain to me. I try to understand if it is a problem with the vintage vehicles and in all response begins to pretend that the line was falling (I was stopped and they were with a fixed number). The distinct feeling is that they really didn't want to do it. Bad experience especially for the teasing.
