Vivendo all'estero non potevo recarmi in filiale per la chiusura conto e il mio referente ha ignorato la raccomandata di chiusura per quasi un anno. Non rispondono a telefono o email. Una volta ho chiamato un altro numero e miracolosamente mi ha risposto una signora che mi ha anche trattato male . Finalmente all'ennesima email mi ha risposto che avevano avuto problemi e mi ha chiuso il conto in 2 secondi senza inviarmi uno straccio di saldo e soprattutto senza chiarire se sarò rifondata delle spese tenuta conto indebitamente pagate causa loro ritardo nella chiusura conto.il 9 marzo 2021 il conto è stato chiuso e ad oggi i miei soldi ancora non sono arrivati. È normale?
I am extremely unhappy with the service of this bank. Living abroad, I was unable to go to the branch to close my account and my contact person ignored the registered closing letter for almost a year. They don't answer phone or email. Once I called another number and miraculously I was answered by a lady who also treated me badly. Finally, at the umpteenth email he replied that they had had problems and closed my account in 2 seconds without sending me a shred of balance and above all without clarifying whether I will be refounded for expenses unduly paid due to their delay in closing the account. 2021 the account has been closed and to date my money has not yet arrived. It's normal?
