Il personale che serve la clientela è poco cortese e per niente professionale, mi sono lamentata più volte per lo scorretto uso delle mani nude per fare qualsiasi cosa...dalla preparazione dei prodotti alla battitura dello scontrino fino all'imbustamento....mi è stato risposto noi ci laviamo le mani, salvo vedere poi, la settimana successiva, la stessa persona all'entrata senza mascherina fare un bello starnuto sulle mani e tornare al lavoro senza passare per il lavandino....ma il culmine è stato il piccione nella vetrina del pane che svolazzava e sbatteva contro il vetro...in mezzo al pane....è stato preso con le mani e poggiato a terra, sono state tolte due pagnotte di pane e si è ritornati a lavorare come se nulla fosse accaduto....anche in questo caso senza passare per il lavandino.... non ci tornerò mai più....peccato per i prodotti eccellenti...loro mi mancheranno Great products, really great quality, they deserve 5 stars !!! Sembrava stessi mangiando un fior di latte di scarsa qualità. Yesterday morning I took a little over half a kilo of buffalo mozzarella, but I was extremely disappointed as it was neither tasty nor callused as a real buffalo mozzarella generally is. P	Pasquale Carullo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se compri diverse cose, il personale è gentile e comunque tutti i prodotti sono eccellenti, però se vai a comprare solo un pezzetto di pane, il personale ti tratta come un pezzente e te lo avvolge a malapena in una carta, senza busta propinandomi anche il pane più carbonizzato, forse per dispetto. Verificata questa circostanza, per ben tre volte, non mi ci sono avvicinato più. Preferisco trapassare all'altro mondo, ma non ci metto più piede. Negli ultimi anni però il personale è diventato scortese, specie il proprietario, ed i prodotti hanno perso la qualità come questo casatiello che probabilmente non era fresco. Probabilmente ora che hanno fatto il nome non curano più la qualità come anni fa. Mentre i prezzi sono sempre molto alti. Peccato.
