Excellent products, the ciauscolo salami is a real gem of goodness. The owners are friendly and illustrate the production methods of the products they sell. It deserves a stop to shop for typical products of excellent workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti di salumeria fatti rigorosamente da loro. Il sapore è davvero unico. Sono tutti eccezionali. Il villanello (Ciauscolo), sul pane, crea dipendenza. Lo fanno al naturale, al finocchietto, al tartufo, al peperoncino. Che bontà! Per me, è ad un livello elevatissimo, non confrontabile con gli altri Ciauscoli più industriali.
Da non perdere la torta di ricotta di Patrizia. Poi loro sono persone stupende!
Super super consigliato.
Charcuterie products made strictly by them. The flavor is truly unique. They are all exceptional. Villanello (Ciauscolo), on bread, is addictive. They do it natural, with fennel, truffle, chilli pepper. How tasty! For me, it is at a very high level, not comparable with the other more industrial Ciauscoli.
Don't miss Patrizia's ricotta cake. Then they are wonderful people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salumi artigianali e formaggi di qualità, alcuni dei quali rilavorati in modo particolare per dare un gusto originale e buonissimo. Personale gentile e pronto a far assaggiare tutte le golosità del luogo. Merita sicuramente una sosta per un panino con il villanello ed il pecorino per un primo assaggio e una seconda sosta per portare a casa un pezzetto di questo territorio.
Artisan cured meats and quality cheeses, some of which are specially reworked to give an original and very good taste. Friendly staff ready to let you taste all the goodies of the place. Definitely worth a stop for a sandwich with villanello and pecorino for a first taste and a second stop to take home a piece of this territory.

Ultimamente ci siamo fatti tentare dalla torta alla ricotta e posso assicurarvi che ha un profumo ed un sapore unico. Panettoni, pandori e dolci tipici natalizi non sono da meno. Insomma meritano sicuramente una visita
Five stars are not enough. We have known them for years. Excellent bread and cold cuts. The villanello is a must try. Lately we have been tempted by the ricotta cake and I can assure you that it has a unique scent and flavor. Panettone, pandoro and typical Christmas sweets are no exception. In short, they are definitely worth a visit
