β β β β β Good location, good but simple hotel. The pool is nice but we haven't used it as you have to wear the fun killer swimming cap? It has a nice bar and restaurant but the food is boring and the bar is very laud till 2am. We won't go back.

β β β β β The rooms are quite spacious and clean (cleaning service is very nice and almost every cleaning person speaks english) . Rooms have big beds and good working TV. The wifi is medium quality, sometimes it works and sometimes it's hard to open simple page. The rooms have small damages (in some rooms its hard to have warm water or the toilet doesn't work very well.) The food is good if you eat meat. If you want to eat anything vegan it's impossible even for breakfast. I don't recommend to buy food option if you're vegan cause you're going to lose money. The reception is nice but they don't speak good english. Hotel is near the beach but if you wont to go to any big city like Palermo or Catania or to any tourists places like Taormina, Noto etc. Then you will have to rent a car, otherwise is too long to go by bus.The swimming pool is also very nice and spacious. Animators are alright :)

β β β β β Rooms are very clean. Spacious balcony. Nice pool area, not too noisy. Good selection in the breakfast buffΓ©t. Barista. Good location if you have a car. In general the hotel needs some maintenance work (showers, paint, hall lights) to be in top shape, but it is still a cozy hotel with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.

β β β β β Good location, 200m from the sea (private beach), big swimming pool with zona for relax, tennis courts. A bit far from rail station, but near the hotel end stop of bus nr 1 (100) that goes every 20-30 minutes to the Messina centre. Very polite staff

β β β β β Terrible administration/ Not safe/Thieves among employees. Money was stolen from my parents room. Management and front-desk staff was really unhelpful throughout the complaint and claiming process with police and insurance company. No money was ever returned. 1700 euros extracted from the room. It spoiled the visit entirely. This is a less than average hotel. Rip-off. NOT SAFE. Not recommended. AVOID.
