Partiamo con il dire che abbiamo fatto un ritardi di quasi un’ora rispetto alla nostra prenotazione ma i gestori sono stati super accoglienti e comprensivi e gia per questo, meritano un plauso. Seppure il meteo non è stato dalla nostra parte, la visita guidata della cantina Lungarotti (vorrei sottolineare GRATUITA) è stata una delle più interessanti se non la più interessante e affascinante. La degustazione di vini ed oli è stata altrettanto all’altezza delle aspettative e l’ha addirittura superata grazie alla professionalità, la bravura, la gentilezza e la competenza della Somelliere Giulia. Grazie per averci regalato questa bellissima esperienza a Torgiano We were yesterday at Cantina Lungarotti for a wine and oil tasting with 4 friends. Let's start by saying that we made a delay of almost an hour compared to our booking but the managers were super welcoming and understanding and for this reason, they deserve praise. Although the weather was not on our side, the guided tour of the Lungarotti winery (I would like to emphasize FREE) was one of the most interesting if not the most interesting and fascinating. The wine and oil tasting was equally up to expectations and even surpassed it thanks to the professionalism, skill, kindness and competence of Somelliere Giulia. Thank you for giving us this wonderful experience in Torgiano

Struttura di accoglienza curata completata da un ricco team che guida ed assiste l’ospite sia nella visita in cantina che nella degustazione. Diverse le opzioni per gli assaggi del ricco portafoglio dei prodotti che spaziano dai più giovani ai più strutturati e longevi. One of the most historic and representative wineries of the Umbrian reality. A well-kept reception structure completed by a rich team that guides and assists the guest both in the visit to the cellar and in the tasting. Different options for tasting the rich portfolio of products ranging from the youngest to the most structured and long-lived.

A	Andy Tubbs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute joke! Supposedly part of the month- end celebration but only participates apparently on Sundays. Wasted time and gas and wasn’t even offered a taste. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE equals SKIP THOS WINERY!! There are plenty in the area that treat customers well!

D	Daan Tiems on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice winery that produces their wine in a good way with respect for nature and their surroundings. They have a very good collection of wines with some Great variety. We had a nice tour through the winery with a very hospitable guide in good English. Afterwards a wonderful wine tasting with some of the real good classics of this place. You can really see and feel the passion for wine making in this place. You can also stay here for lunch and the meal is very good. Altogether very much worth a visit.
H	Hajnalka Kis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered their package for San Valentine for 35 € (I also thought, that in times of the pandemic we should help winegrowers and bars so the excessive price for 2 glasses and one bottle of sparkling rosé was fine by me.) While I saw no sign of damage on the outside of the package, after I opened it, I saw that one of the glasses was completely shattered. Probably the service they used hit it or kept it under some other heavy weight, no idea. I informed The Cantine (sent them two distinct photographs of the glass still in its packaging). They said they were sorry and that's about it. They have not offered any help or substitution, or at least a voucher for future orders. Nothing. Well, I am just as well sorry as they are, but there will be no future orders from me, that's about for sure. I even will change the band I buy from Umbria.
