Un posto di gente vera che sa bene quello che fa con semplicità e passione. A mio personalissimo gusto posso dire che l'Antiquum Classico riserva è stato una vera scoperta. L’azienda a conduzione familiare utilizza prevalentemente uve conferite da terzi, sempre zona carpaneto/castell’arquato/magnano. Lavorazione della materia prima curata e professionale: la visita allo stabilimento è interessante e ben spiegata dalla figlia del proprietario, giovane e volenterosa. Degustazione a base dei nostri cavalli di battaglia: salumi,formaggi, torta salata e dolce abbinati a 4 bottiglie frizzanti e non. Qualità discreta, ho apprezzato più i due Rossi. Prezzi nella norma per i prodotti presentati. Interessante sapere che la attività si è potuta espandere anche grazie a fondi regionali destinati alle micro imprese del territorio, soldi spesi BENE! Consiglio di farci una visita, è una azienda in crescita che lavora con impegno e passione ( e non è scontato). Experience bought on groupon. Visit to the cellar and tasting. Careful and professional processing of the raw material: the visit to the factory is interesting and well explained by the owner's daughter, young and willing. Tasting based on our warhorses: cold cuts, cheeses, savory and sweet cake combined with 4 sparkling and non-sparkling bottles. Fair quality, I appreciated the two Reds more. Prices in the standard for the products presented. Interesting to know that the business has been able to expand also thanks to regional funds destined to the micro enterprises of the area, money spent WELL! I recommend to pay us a visit, it is a growing company that works with commitment and passion (and it is not obvious).
