★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente da anni, acquisto vino ogni volta che vengo a far visita alla famiglia a Latina ed ho regalato confezioni della vostra cantina a tutti i miei amici in Toscana sponsorizzandovi, ma questa mattina sono rimasta molto delusa dalla scortesia mostratami presso il negozio a Latina. Domandare è lecito per un cliente. Vi ho semplicemente e gentilmente chiesto se vendevate anche la Sambuca, mi avete sgarbatamente risposto di andarla a comprare al supermercato trattandomi come un' ignorante perché voi producete vino e grappa. Io e mio marito siamo rimasti talmente basiti e delusi DAL MODO che non abbiamo acquistato nemmeno il vino che avevamo in programma di acquistare. Avete decisamente perso un cliente. Non ve ne importerà nulla sicuramente, dato che coprite un grande mercato, ma dato che me lo avete consigliato voi, d'ora in poi piuttosto che venire presso il vostro negozio, acquisterò anche il vino del supermercato oltre alla sambuca.
I have been a customer for years, I buy wine every time I come to visit the family in Latina and I have given packs of your cellar to all my friends in Tuscany sponsoring you, but this morning I was very disappointed by the discourtesy shown to me at the shop in Latina . Asking is legitimate for a customer. I simply and politely asked you if you also sold Sambuca, you rudely replied to go and buy it at the supermarket, treating me as an ignoramus because you produce wine and grappa. My husband and I were so thrilled and DISAPPOINTED that we didn't even buy the wine we planned to buy. You have definitely lost a customer. You will certainly not care about it, since you cover a large market, but since you recommended it to me, from now on rather than coming to your shop, I will also buy the wine from the supermarket as well as the sambuca.
