La produzione è -obtorto collo- limitata ed è possibile trovarvi il classico nero d'Avola autoctono della zona, oltre al syrah - vitigno internazionale allevato sempre in zona-, frappato, qualche blend, oltre ai classici bianchi sempre autoctoni come il grillo, l'insolia ma anche il Moscato. L'istrionico proprietario sta espandendo le produzioni all'insegna di qualche chicca, sempre rispettando la vocazione regionale dei prodotti. È possibile trovare anche selezioni di prodotti alimentari bio e naturali, che meritano di essere testati per la genuinità che li contraddistingue. Consigliato. Jest też opcja zakupu większych butelek, nawet powyżej 5 litrów. Gdybym wiedział, jak smaczne wino kupuję, kupiłbym więcej. Pani z obsługi mówi też po niemiecku. ?? I highly recommend.
