Forse trent'anni fa potevate vendere un prodotto per un altro, ma al giorno d'oggi con internet si trova tutto. Quindi aggiornatevi, siate più' professionali e meno truffaldini. La mia famiglia è cliente da decenni, più di un mese fa chiamiamo per un appuntamento per chiedere la sostituzione di un albero di limone malato e dopo diversi tentativi ci viene detto che gli addetti sarebbero venuti il giorno X. Non si presenta nessuno quel giorno né il titolare risponde al telefono o richiama nelle settimane successive. Il tutto si ripete più volte. Richiamando da un altro numero riusciamo oggi a riparlare con il titolare che non dice altro che "avete ragione". Senza parole per l'assoluta inaffidabilità e mancanza di professionalità.
