Proprietà attenta e accogliente.
Lovely place. "Noble" structure ... immersed in the Modica countryside with a view of the nearby sea.

luogo è rimasto fedele nel tempo (a differenza di tantissime dimore, diventate resort e quindi un copia incolla)
Il proprietario sig. Diego, una persona gentile e disponibile.
La colazione ottima, la dimora è lasciata volutamente originale con i suoi pregi e difetti.
Non la consiglio a chi vuole fare una vacanza di lusso, ma è decisamente indicata per chi cerca tranquillità e desiderio di vero
We stayed 6 nights at the beginning of September in this structure, the
place has remained faithful over time (unlike many residences, which have become resorts and therefore a copy paste)
The owner Mr. Diego, a kind and helpful person.
The excellent breakfast, the house is deliberately left original with its strengths and weaknesses.
I do not recommend it to those who want to take a luxury holiday, but it is definitely suitable for those seeking tranquility and the desire for truth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merveilleux séjours au calme dans un ancienne azienda restée dans son jus (charme authentique voulu par le très gentil propriétaire Diego), avec plusieurs petits appartements de 2 à 6 personnes (+1 très grand) avec petite terrasse pas toujours assez ombragée, parking très facile devant le logement et l'accès à un merveilleux jardin à côté d'une belle piscine sympathique et bien protégée. Appartement propre, parfois qq insectes (vive la campagne) et wifi un peu faible à l'intérieur mais il suffit de sortir sur la terrasse. Petit déjeuner sicilien généreux avec des bons produits et accueil très sympathique avec une "quiche" et du vin....la Sicile du coeur.
Wonderful quiet stays in an old azienda which has remained in its own juice (authentic charm wanted by the very nice owner Diego), with several small apartments for 2 to 6 people (+1 very large) with small terrace not always sufficiently shaded, very easy parking in front of the accommodation and access to a wonderful garden next to a nice and well-protected swimming pool. Clean apartment, sometimes some insects (long live the countryside) and a little weak wifi inside but you just have to go out on the terrace. Generous Sicilian breakfast with good products and very friendly welcome with a "quiche" and wine .... Sicily from the heart.
