Trebbiano macerato, rosato e il passito poco dolce sono top !!! bellissima location e molto brava e gentile la ragazza che ci ha presentato i vini . V	Valentino Ferro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scelto piuttosto "d'istinto" questa cantina tra quelle della zona per una degustazione pomeridiana e l'esperienza ha confermato che abbiamo avuto davvero un ottimo intuito! Nonostante fosse appena andato via un folto gruppo di persone subito prima del nostro arrivo e la ragazza, Ludovica, fosse stata da sola a gestire il tutto, siamo stati accolti calorosamente e subito messi a nostro agio, mentre il tavolo ed i prodotti alimentari venivano preparati. Abbiamo gustato dell'ottimo cibo e degli ottimi vini, molto particolari, che Ludovica ha spiegato con attenzione ai particolari. L'azienda produce vini biologici e biodinamici, con fermentazioni legate alle fasi lunari e in anfore tradizionali. Consigliatissimo il "Rossofongoli", un'esperienza davvero unica da un vino rosso. Il contesto è sereno e pittoresco, il servizio ottimo, i vini eccellenti. Davvero una perla da consigliare a chiunque! We rather "instinctively" chose this winery among those in the area for an afternoon tasting and the experience confirmed that we really had a great intuition! Although a large group of people had just left just before our arrival and the girl, Ludovica, had been alone to manage everything, we were warmly welcomed and immediately put at ease, while the table and food were prepared. . We enjoyed excellent food and excellent wines, very special, which Ludovica explained with attention to detail. The company produces organic and biodynamic wines, with fermentations linked to the phases of the moon and in traditional amphorae. Highly recommended the "Rossofongoli", a truly unique experience from a red wine. The setting is serene and picturesque, the service excellent, the wines excellent. Truly a pearl to recommend to anyone!

Bellissimi gli ambienti con le bottiglie datate e le botto per l’invecchiamento. Infine il re vino. Tutti i vini sono di assoluto rilievo ma il rosso riserva e il Sagrantino non hanno paragoni. Se a tutto questo aggiungiamo la cortesia dei proprietari allora il mix è perfetto. Bravi A winery that has the flavor of the past but that preserves only the good things of the past. The external and internal environment leave their mark. Beautiful environments with dated bottles and bangs for aging. Finally the wine king. All the wines are of absolute importance but the red reserve and the Sagrantino have no comparison. If we add to all this the courtesy of the owners then the mix is perfect. Well done

Superlativo il "Fracanton" fermentato in anfora ed il loro passito. Interessantissimo il Trebbiano Spoletino a doppia fermentazione. In the shadow of the more famous Antonelli, you can find this winery that offers some of the best interpretations of Sagrantino di Montefalco. Superlative is the "Fracanton" fermented in amphora and their passito. Very interesting is the double fermentation Trebbiano Spoletino.
