★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely tour of Paolo Bea. Call ahead to make an appointment. We were lucky enough to be there to watch them pressing the grapes! An expensive tasting vs others around because of the quality and cost of the wine they produce here. We are big natural wine fans so it was a treat to see how the family had been producing in a sustainable way, working with the environment, for a generation. Definitely recommend for those interested in learning more about their wines!
