Qui ho trovato prima di tutto grandi vini, degustati in un crescendo di sapori e profumi e accompagnati da ottimi prodotti locali. Ho trovato però anche amore per ciò che si fa, rispetto per la tradizione...e autenticità. Fantastico il vitigno di più di 50 anni autoctono e allo stesso tempo lo sguardo puntato sull'innovazione dei proprietari che davvero con tanto lavoro di braccia, ma anche con tanto amore riescono a prendere il meglio di questa fantastica terra. Davvero interessante la varietà di Verdicchio proposta. Spicca su tutti Monte Circe. Un vino che paga il palato e le papille gustative, intenso e ricco di sfumature. Provatelo e non potrete andarvene senza averlo acquistato. Tornerò cantina Bacelli, a presto!! I highly recommend a visit to the Bacelli winery. Here I first of all found great wines, tasted in a crescendo of flavors and aromas and accompanied by excellent local products. But I also found love for what we do, respect for tradition ... and authenticity. The autochthonous vine of more than 50 years is fantastic and at the same time the eye is focused on the innovation of the owners who really with a lot of work of arms, but also with a lot of love are able to take the best of this fantastic land. The variety of Verdicchio proposed is really interesting. Monte Circe stands out above all. A wine that pays the palate and the taste buds, intense and rich in nuances. Pochi macchinari e tanta genuinità. L'assaggio dei vini un'esperienza da ripetere in compagnia di persone piacevoli (i proprietari) che trasmettono la passione nel proprio lavoro e il rispetto del territorio. Consigliato. We visited the winery and the vineyard. Received a great tasting. The management is familiar and the value of "handmade" is handed down. Few machines and a lot of authenticity. The tasting of wines is an experience to be repeated in the company of pleasant people (the owners) who transmit passion in their work and respect for the territory. Recommended.
