Io voglio adottare un cane, non voglio un cucciolo proprio perché vorrei dare l'opportunità ad un cane più adulto e che ha più difficoltà di essere adottato da una famiglia di trovare amore a casa con me e il mio compagno. Capisco il terzo grado, perché è giusto sapere l'animale dove andrà e in mano a chi viene dato, ma fare delle insinuazioni sul mio accento (sono pugliese) e sulle "usanze di giù" mi sembra davvero eccessivo e irrispettoso. Continuerò a cercare un cane da adottare ma non è giusto che la Sig.ra preferisca tenere un cane in un box in canile invece che in una casa che potrebbe dargli tanto amore. Si vede che i cani sono tutti ben curati. I volontari sono eccezionali, ti mettono subito a tuo agio e soprattutto ti infondono una calma che si riscontra poi nei cani. I admit I don't have much experience with kennels, but this one seemed really well organized, clean and well maintained. We see that the dogs are all well cared for. The volunteers are exceptional, they immediately put you at ease and above all they instill in you a calm that is then found in dogs.

Sono però profondamente delusa e offesa dal modo in cui mia mamma ed io siamo state accolte oggi da una signora di cui, purtroppo, non conosco il nome. Premetto che non abbiamo mai avuto cani e che stiamo valutando da un po' se prenderne uno. Su consiglio di un'amica ci siamo recate al canile per avere delle semplici informazioni sulle adozioni, effettive o a distanza, e su una razza che ci piace molto. Non avevamo nessuna pretesa solo conoscere e capire. Ci è stato risposto dalla suddetta signora, testuali parole: "con quale pretesa venite ad un canile per chiedere di adozioni e poi mi parlate di razze!". Ha poi dato di "vecchia" a mia mamma consigliandole di prendere un cane adulto, "perché sennò tra quindici anni non lo può seguire". Ma come si permette? Mi sa che a forza di praticare animali, si è dimenticata come ci si relaziona con gli esseri umani. Per di più in tempo di pandemia, tutto il personale del canile non indossava alcuna mascherina!! Consigliato un bel corso di Galateo per la signora!!! Offesa e sdegnata, non credo che tornerò più a quel canile, mi dispiace per quei poveri animali!! E	Enne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrei raccontarci una storia sulla poca voglia di lavorare di alcune dipendenti, soprattutto sulla loro indisponenza. Mi dispiace che tanti affrontino il lavoro solo come lavoro retribuito, senza tenere conto che si parla di SALVARE UNA VITA. Non solo non mi hanno dato la possibilità di scegliere, ma mi è stato direttamente negata l'opportunità di portarmi via un cucciolo di razza in quanto mai avuto cani prima di allora. Sono tornata più volte e sono riuscita a portare fuori il cane che volevo una sola volta per circa 15 min, grazie ad una ragazza che me lo ha concesso senza problemi, direi la prima e l'ultima volta dato che le quattro volte seguenti il cane era "indisposto", "dormiva", "stava male", "era sotto uso di farmaci" e magicamente adottato la settimana dopo. Non generalizzo questo comportamento su tutte le dipendenti, ma il servizio ricevuto purtroppo è stato più che pessimo. Mi ha risposto una signora che in maniera molto scostante mi attaccava ad ogni mia domanda e infine mi ha detto che non c'erano cuccioli disponibili per me. Le ho fatto notare che era stata alquanto scortese e che se c'è un muro così quando si presenta una persona che chiede di adottare un cane è possibile che questi povere vite rimangano in canile per lungo tempo, volevo il nome e cognome della persona con la quale ho parlato ma non ha voluto darmelo, anzi mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia. Ho richiamato più volte e alla quarta volta mi ha risposto dicendo che io ero permalosa e che non capiva cosa io volessi da lei stamattina visto che lei già mi aveva fatto il favore di rispondermi visto che era domenica. Le ho detto che volevo lasciale un feedback per farle capire che se attacca le persone appena chiamano le fa scappare e i cani restano sempre lì al canile invece di trovare una nuova casa,ma lei imperterrita ha detto che non le interessava e comunque non ha voluto lasciarmi il suo nominativo. Direi approccio pessimo anche se la persona in questione è una volontaria è controproducente tenerla per far allontanare qualsiasi persona che ha intenzione di aiutare con l'adozione di un cane. Volevamo adottare un cane, non essere sottoposti ad una valutazione psichiatrica familiare. Per di più con un atteggiamento molto scostante. Un vero peccato per i cani in attesa di adozione. Per quanto riguarda la procedura è un po' lunga, all'incirca noi abbiamo aspettato un mese e mezzo circa però insomma alla fine con pazienza il cane ce lo hanno dato lo stesso. Fanno bene perché troppe sono le persone che prendono un cane come si prende un oggetto che poi non corrisponde alle aspettative e si riporta indietro. Se sei sicuro di voler adottare un cane con amore e consapevolezza nessuna porta verrà chiusa.
