★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando uno decide di adottare un cane nel canile lo fa perché vole salvarlo ma in questo canile è impossibile tempi lunghissimi per l adozione ma sopratutto un certo Maurizio un volontario molto ineducato e scortese che nn sa trattare cn le persone mi dispiace per i cani che sono trattati da lui

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivati entusiasti per vedere dei cani eventualmente da adottarne uno, accolti da una signora che ci fa che non è il modo di fare presentarsi li così ma bisogna chiamare e prenotare un appuntamento (ora bisogna pure prenotare per adottare un animale bah.)
Personale cafone e inadeguato che risponde male senza motivo a due persone che sono andate solo per vedere dei cani... Mai più.
Arrived enthusiastic to see some dogs possibly to adopt one, welcomed by a lady who tells us that it is not the way to show up there but you have to call and book an appointment (now you also have to book to adopt an animal, bah.)
Naughty and inadequate staff who respond badly for no reason to two people who only went to see dogs ... Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo adottato ieri una cagnolina!! Personale molto disponibile e gentile che ha provveduto a sistemare delle problematiche burocratiche inerenti all'adozione del cane. Grazie a tutti quanti, in particolare ai volontari Maurizio (che ci ha seguito fin dal primo momento alla consegna del cane), Francesca e Federica e alla Signora Cristina che ha contribuito a sistemare il problema burocratico che non dipendeva dal canile. Grazie a tutti per la disponibilità!!
We adopted a dog yesterday !! Very helpful and kind staff who arranged for the bureaucratic problems inherent in the adoption of the dog. Thanks to everyone, in particular to the volunteers Maurizio (who followed us from the first moment to the delivery of the dog), Francesca and Federica and to Mrs. Cristina who helped to sort out the bureaucratic problem that did not depend on the kennel. Mi è stato dato un appuntamento per conoscere il cane e mi hanno spiegato nei minimi particolari tutto iter di adozione che è durato 5 settimane. Non sapro mai come essere riconoscente per avermi dato la possibilità di adottare Paperino
Wonderful experience in January 2020 with the volunteers Sara and Claudia to adopt my Donald Duck. I was given an appointment to get to know the dog and they explained to me in detail the whole adoption process which lasted 5 weeks. I never know how to be grateful for giving me the chance to adopt Donald Duck
