D	Daria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo andati per adottare un cane, ne abbiamo conosciuto uno per un mese, siamo andati a conoscerlo più volte per capire anche le problematiche del cane, ci siamo affezzionati all'animale, abbiamo comprato tutto il necessario per portarlo a casa (guinzaglio, pettorina, ciotele, cuccia, medicine, ecc..) abbiamo firmato per l'adozione, dopo tutti gli incontri, e il giorno stesso che dovevamo portarlo a casa, perché siamo stati ritenuti idonei all'adozione del cane, ci è stato negato. Siamo rimasti allibiti, senza parole e un po' arrabbiati, primo perché comunque ci siamo affezzionati, secondo per i soldi spesi e per il tempo perso e anche per i viaggi fatti, visto che non siamo nemmeno di Castell'arquato. Direttrice ok. Ma la ragazza che ci ha seguito è risultata maleducata e infantile per il comportamento che ha avuto. Non mi sento di consigliarlo. We went to adopt a dog, we met one for a month, we went to meet him several times to understand the dog's problems, we became attached to the animal, we bought everything we needed to take him home (leash, harness, ciotele, kennel, medicines, etc ..) we signed up for adoption, after all the meetings, and the same day we had to take him home, because we were deemed suitable for adopting the dog, we were denied. We were stunned, speechless and a little angry, first because we were fond of anyway, second for the money spent and for the time lost and also for the trips made, since we are not even from Castell'arquato. Director ok. But the girl who followed us turned out to be rude and childish for the behavior she had. I don't feel like recommending it.

A	Antonella Ghezzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canile accogliente e pulito, gestito da persone straordinarie che hanno come unico scopo quello di rendere il soggiorno dei loro cani e gatti il più confortevole, ma anche il più breve possibile, perchè cercano di trovare famiglie amorevoli per i loro piccoli ospiti. Ho adottato un loro cagnolino e sono rimasta sorpresa da quanto sia educato e affettuoso. Grazie veramente di cuore di esservi presi cura del mio Pepe. Cozy and clean kennel, run by extraordinary people whose sole purpose is to make the stay of their dogs and cats as comfortable, but also as short as possible, because they try to find loving families for their little guests. I adopted a little dog of theirs and was surprised at how polite and affectionate he is. Thank you very much for taking care of my Pepe.

A	Adele Armani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata x la 1a volta poiché la mia bretonina mi ha lasciata dopo 2 anni di malattia, a portare ciò che le apparteneva donando anche del cibo e ho trovato l ambiente confortevole. L unico neo é il tragitto per arrivarci che senza la mappa, starei girando ancora adesso.mi è stato proposto dopo 3 gg dalla sua dipartita di prendere un cane grande, al momento nn me la sento, non sono i condizioni ottimali, sono anziana e la mia cagnetta è ancora molto presente. Ti seguono e in caso di necessità ti fanno seguire da una comportamentista. Se volete un amico a 4zampe (cane e gatto) andate a trovarli. Daniela and her volunteers are fantastic people. They love animals. I have adopted two dogs from them. They follow you and in case of need they make you follow by a behaviorist. If you want a 4-legged friend (dog and cat) go and visit them.
