Avevo portato via un solo trasportino e non ci stavano tutti e due, mi hanno prestato loro una seconda gabbietta che poi abbiamo riportato indietro. I miei mici sono stati visitati e vaccinati prima di lasciare il rifugio, con tanto di libretto sanitario e certificato di adozione. Personale competente e molto accogliente. Continuate così!
Last year I adopted two cats from this shelter. I had taken away only one pet carrier and both of them did not fit, they lent me a second cage which we then brought back. My cats were examined and vaccinated before leaving the shelter, complete with a health card and a certificate of adoption. Competent and very welcoming staff. Keep it up!

Voluntary association dedicated to the welfare of less fortunate dogs and cats by giving its guests a life full of dignity. The volunteers, very helpful and prepared, followed us in adopting a very sweet kitten, and it was love at first sight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t even had a chance to see the animals. To make an appointment, I have called, gone in person, and messaged them on Facebook to no avail or answer. I am positive the animals would’ve been great; however, our family hasn’t even been given a chance to view the animals so that we could adopt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had called to make an appointment and the person on the line set the appointment for 12:00pm. So we got ready and left since it’s only 8 minutes away. Upon arriving they tell us that the person who took the appointment didn’t understand what was being said so that appointment was obviously canceled or none existing. I didn’t have a problem with that it’s just I really wanted to see some dogs or cats ? I get the feeling they don’t really want military people to adopt pets probably because we aren’t gonna be in the country for long ???
