★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato, sono venuti per il cancello automatico che non funzionava, mi dicono che è da cambiare la scheda e che mi chiamano per tornare, se non vado a vedere io, dopo 3 settimane nessuno si fa sentire, mi dicono che passano una settimana e mezza dopo alle 8:30. Alle 8:38 dello stesso giorno mi scrivono un messaggio che il tecnico è malato e che non viene..un mese col portone rotto...veramente poco professionali.
Not recommended, they came for the automatic gate that did not work, they tell me that it is to change the card and that they call me to come back, if I don't go to see me, after 3 weeks nobody makes itself heard, they tell me they spend a week and a half later at 8:30. At 8:38 of the same day they write me a message that the technician is sick and that he is not ... a month with the broken door ... really unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionali e veloci nelle risposte e nell'installazione. Mi hanno risolto un problema abbastanza fastidioso in poco tempo e con grande competenza. Poi il ragazzo che ha fatto l'installazione è sempre disponibile al cellulare per ogni evenienza.

Consiglio di migliorare alcune parti della comunicazione con il cliente prestando maggiore attenzione e cura. Poi... è chiaro che sono persone che lavorano e, come tutti, a volte le ciambelle escono bene e perfette, a volte meno... l'importante è riuscire a portare a termine l'incarico.
