★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vado ogni tanto ed ho sempre trovato tutto il materiale necessario. Mi sembra un buon negozio e mi sembra normale dover avere un po' di pazienza per attendere il proprio turno. Personale competente e li trovo cortesi.
I go there every now and then and have always found all the necessary material. It seems like a good shop to me and it seems normal to have to have a little patience to wait for your turn. Competent staff and I find them courteous.

Rispondere al saluto quando una persona entra e spiegare con qualche parola in più che purtroppo il sistema informatico è bloccato e non è possibile esaudire le richieste del cliente .
Sono andata ad acquistare da un gentile concorrente gentile.
Non ci metterò piede .
Constructive criticism: I advise the staff to attend courses to improve the approach with customers.
Respond to the greeting when a person enters and explain with a few more words that unfortunately the computer system is blocked and it is not possible to fulfill the customer's requests.
I went to buy from a nice gentle competitor.
I will not set foot there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentissimi, personale svogliato, abituato forse con elettricisti e artigiani, totalmente inadatto ad un rapporto con privati....si vede che non avete bisogno/interesse di vendere.
Very slow, listless staff, perhaps accustomed to electricians and craftsmen, totally unsuitable for a relationship with private individuals .... you can see that you do not need / interest to sell.

Se il cliente privato non é ben accetto, fate servizio solo all'ingrosso ! Attesa minima 20 minuti (come privato) Non sarebbe un problema, basterebbe che qualcuno si degnasse di dire "arrivo", "5 minuti e arrivo", " un attimo di pazienza". VERGOGNOSI E MALEDICATI
There is no zero-star review unfortunately. I have been there 2 times, never ... and I emphasize ... never ... that they returned the greeting. If the private customer is not well accepted, do only wholesale service!
