★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice boutique. Absolutely amazing service with lots of patience. The ice room is really cool. Funny enough, this place has amazing coffee which I wish I knew what brand it was. If one of the employees ever offer you something to drink, take coffee ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we didn't buy anything I must commend the great service we were offered by this young lady with perhaps Roman accent. Her attention to us absolutely complete, she offered drinks and all sorts of advice on what we were trying. She offered us to try the -15c room and told us all about it. At the end as we were leaving with no purchase she told us to feel free to come back even just for a chat. Brilliant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally, I make my purchases online, but I wouldn't if every in-store purchase was like this! "Grazie mille" and "salamat" to Erica, who provided the best shopping experience I've ever had. My boyfriend and I came to this store with only a general idea of what we wanted and Erica used her knowledge to steer us in the right direction. We ultimately purchased jackets that she recommended, which were closely related to but not the ones we originally had in mind - they were much better! Even after we selected the jackets, she continued to enthusiastically share her knowledge of the brand and of the jackets, when she could have easily sent us on our way. She treated us with such generosity: providing water, tea, and espresso, and her passion for the brand was highly contagious. Thank you, Erica, for showing us around the store, explaining the brand and the jackets to us in great detail, and for convincing us to go into that cool snow room!
