K	Ketrin Maltoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente in passato sarà stato un negozio di alto livello( non è solo rivolto alla qualità degli abiti), ma non ora; siamo stati in questo negozio con l’obiettivo di acquistare un buon abito…l’accoglienza è stata pessima, il signore che ci ha ricevuto è stato fin da subito indisponente assumendo degli atteggiamenti che non lasciavano a fraintendimenti; pur non di meno il mio compagno ha deciso di provare comunque alcuni abiti(io sarei uscita subito) vi state chiedendo cosa sia successo? Il signore che ha gestito la vendita non ha assolutamente nascosto la sua opinione negativa per le persone che non hanno una taglia standard e che si sono presentate al suo negozio con abiti casual e probabilmente economici( strano perché anche lui indossava un jeans e delle sneakers). Volevo dire a questo signore che non è corretto giudicare ne in merito al peso ne sul modo di vestire degli altri…signori e signore si è quando si ha un buon senso civico e non dalla taglia o dai soldi che spendo. In più gli abiti che ci ha fatto provare, di cui non ha perso tempo a sottolineante che fossero di una fascia medio alta e che probabilmente il costo ed il livello era troppo per noi, vorrei fargli sapere il cliente che varca la porta del suo negozio è una persona che ha delle conoscenze ed a volte anche sulla stessa materia di cui lui si ritiene giustamente un esperto. L	Leo Di Martino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accolto malissimo e con superficialità. Mi trovavo a Trapani. Vedo questo negozio e decido di fermarmi. Entro e mi scuso per non avere un appuntamento. Chiedo di vedere qualche abito. Non mi si da risposta, o per meglio dire, il signore dietro il banco mi indica col dito un altro signore. Questi quasi seccato mi dice "prego". Dico che tipo di abito vorrei e interviene una signora dicendo "togliti il giubbotto che vediamo". Mi fanno vedere un solo abito, dicendomi che arrivano solo alla 52. Chiedo di altri abiti.. ma mi rispondono che hanno di tutto solo la 52 e per giunta vestibilità slim! Dunque rifletto ad alta voce: "allora posso andare?!" "Mi spiace non possiamo aiutarla". Esco quasi sorridendo. Doveva essere secondo la descrizione un grande negozio e invece... non ci metterò più piede. Troppa puzzetta sotto il naso, poca disponibilità e poca cortesia nei confronti di un cliente, uno sposo che se si trova bene porta con sé genitori testimoni e amici e magari non vendono solo un abito ma 4/5. Farò i miei acquisti altrove. Badly received and superficially. I was in Trapani. I see this shop and decide to stop. I go in and I apologize for not having an appointment. I ask to see some clothes. There is no answer, or rather, the gentleman behind the counter points to another gentleman with his finger. Almost annoyed, he tells me "you're welcome". I say what kind of dress I would like and a lady intervenes saying "take off the jacket we see". They show me only one dress, telling me that they only come in size 52. I ask about other dresses .. but they tell me that they have everything only in size 52 and slim fit! So I think aloud: "So can I go ?!" "I'm sorry we can't help you." I go out almost smiling. It was supposed to be a big shop according to the description and instead ... I won't set foot in it again. Too much fart under the nose, little availability and little courtesy towards a customer, a groom who if he is comfortable brings with him parents, witnesses and friends and maybe not just sell a suit but 4/5. I will do my shopping elsewhere.
