I gladly express a very positive opinion on this atelier where I was able to find the extreme kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the professionalism of the seamstresses, a wide range of formal dresses, an excellent value for money. Happy to wear my dress as a mother of the bride!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definire la nostra esperienza pessima è già un complimento. Una stella è pure troppo per un rivenditore che non si prende la responsabilità dei capi venduti. Abito da cerimonia di pessima qualità, usa e getta, lavato secondo le istruzioni di lavaggio una parte di esso ha perso completamente il colore. Il rivenditore, incredulo, lavando un altro capo identico in nostra presenza ha rovinato a sua volta l'abito in suo possesso. Nonostante tutto, né la casa produttrice né il rivenditore hanno fornito la dovuta assistenza. Non sono stati in grado di fornire un abito sostitutivo in tempo e non hanno nemmeno restituito il costo dell'abito. Cercando di far valere i nostri diritti di consumatore, siamo stati offesi definendoci persone schifose (...ovviamente preso come un complimento se detto da lui...) e "gentilmente" con l'educazione che li contraddistingue siamo stati invitati a lasciare immediatamente il negozio.
Defining our bad experience is already a compliment. One star is too much for a retailer who does not take responsibility for the items sold. Very bad quality, disposable ceremony dress, washed according to the washing instructions, part of it has completely lost its color. The retailer, incredulous, washing another identical garment in our presence ruined the dress in his possession. In spite of everything, neither the manufacturer nor the retailer provided the necessary assistance. They were unable to provide a replacement dress on time and they did not even return the cost of the dress. Trying to enforce our consumer rights, we were offended by calling ourselves lousy people (... obviously taken as a compliment if told by him ...) and "kindly" with the education that distinguishes them we were invited to leave immediately the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Abito acquistato di scarsa qualità in quanto il fissaggio dei colori sul capo è risultato difettoso. Nessuna assistenza fornita dal venditore nonostante l'evidente difetto di conformità.
Bad experience. Poor quality dress purchased as the fixing of the colors on the garment was defective. No assistance provided by the seller despite the obvious lack of conformity.
