Ho chiesto info ad un addetto alle vendite che mi ha saputo consigliare bene sulla cravatta che poi ho acquistato. Al momento del pagamento una delle 2 addette in cassa mi ha servita con mascherina abbassata e senza chiedere mi ha addebitato la spesa della shopper. Non mi ha chiesto se la gradissi, in quanto non ha neanche alzato gli occhi dal pc per vedere che avevo già un altro sacchetto in cui tenevo il capo a cui abbinare la cravatta.
I went to the TRAPANI store and did not receive a welcome at the entrance. I asked for info from a sales employee who was able to advise me well on the tie that I then bought. At the time of payment, one of the 2 women at the cashier served me with a lowered mask and without asking, she charged me for the shopping bag. He didn't ask me if I liked it, as he didn't even look up from the pc to see that I already had another bag in which I kept the garment to match the tie.
