β β β β β Pros :
Bungalow Design - modern and spacious but misssing some basic cooking equipment
Swimming pools are super clean and well maintained.
No traffic inside camping.
Well positioned and close to beach with prv access and storage for wheelchairs and beach toys.
No's:
Attitude of ladies at reception is far behind hospitality standards. They like arguing with guests as any issue reported was becoming a long discussion. We had purchased a roulette beach package that was misdescribed on their website and in booking confirmation. I was charged for something that for I should not be due to their mistake and management was was really not able to offer to compensate same with alternative. Instead I was asked for a proper translation of the Italian version.
Animation program for kids: very poor, no idea for nice activities and kids are just sitting and doing nothing or just drawing on A4 paper. Limited to Italian language kids. Ridiculous Nutella party against extra 5 euro extra fee you get a piece of bread with Nutella and bored kids ! Treasure hunting organised with not a single symbolic gift - the prize was singing a song !!? Really ! Animavera - you have still time to improve with properly trained staff with proper attitude to kids. They will quickly realize you are not into same with full heart.
Strict rules for swimming pools: no jumping, no diving, no ball games, no mattress or other inflatable toys. No jokes as life guard will be blowing the whistle like in prison instead of walking towards children and explaining the rules. All swimming pool was terrorized. Beach quickly turns to be a much better option.
Food in restaurant far below standards and really overpriced - meal of the day called risotto at 16 euro...!! Pizza was acceptable but neighbors complained for HB package a lot and unfo same was non refundable despite their heavy complains abt poor quality.
Swimming pool bars missing the staff as you will constantly see tables covered with trashes and dirty cups, glasses left by previous guests.

β β β β β The beach was nice. The pool area pretty. Good sized playground for kids of all ages.
You can only check out between 8-10am, for them to do their inspection and give you back your $200 Euro cash deposit. This can be a problem if you have a flight to catch.
The house we booked was for 6 people. The couch meant to accommodate 2 adults could barely fit one, it also had a terrible cushion. The 6th guest went to sleep at another hut with other family.
There's a plastic roadway through the sand for people in wheelchair to access the beach. The only problem, it's on the side with the beach chairs where you are obligated to pay for two chairs, about 36β¬/day, or you can't go on that side. There was a free access beach but the wheelchairs could not get there.

β β β β β Great location and well kept, but the management and the way the camping is run is very poor. Despite the relatively high cost of renting a bungalow (comparable to a hotel), sheets and towels were never changed, and the rooms never cleaned. At arrival 200 euros CASH deposit were requested, refusing a credit card. Also, despite being in 2 people in a bungalow for 5, they refused to give us extra sheets unless under payment. For the price we will be choosing a hotel next year. Disgusted with this place

β β β β β Check in takes very long, you get a nice bracelet as if you're in prison. Very rude personnel and guests. Difficult to navigate. Rented bungalow doesn't have a working air-conditioning and is absolutely infested with mosquitos. I'd rather sleep in my car.

β β β β β Dont go there
The one good thing about this place is the new toilet and shower. Thats all.
The service is incredibly bad.
We were here as of recommendation of ADAC in September 2020 and cannot agree to the highlight they gave the place.
You have to beg for a space. We were staying here for 1 week with our van.
The pool has only rools, the beach is overcrowded as the paid places overrule although half of them are empty.
The Restaurant is not only expensive (what we kind of expected) but also the food is bad. Can champions on a pizza in italy... unbelievable.
My son (5) ate a pasta with seafood. He got 5 scampis and about 20 noodles. He was hungry after that still. The price was 8 euro. 16 in the end so he wasnt hungry anymore.
But the highlight was the ladt day. We checked out by 11.30 and asked if we could park our van on their parking lot for another 3 hours.
This was not possible, as we already checked out. She told as we could park 400 meters away on another parking space, were we had to pay.
This is not customer centric and one get the impression that after they are recommended by ADAC they dont want to invest in anything but making money.
We definitly will never come back an if you choose one of the others next to this one.

β β β β β Well maintained complex with great bungalows in very good condition. We were here as a group and had half board in the restaurant in the complex. The food was typically Italian. The breakfast was rather sparse, fresh bread (baguette) and fresh fruits would have been a great addition. The staff was friendly, especially Roberto offered us excellent service! The staff did not strictly adhere to the obligation to wear masks. On the beach group games were forbidden and the volleyball field in the complex was in such a bad condition that it was useless. A beach volleyball field within the facility would definitely be an added value (a camping site further inland is a good beach volleyball field)!
Thanks for the amazing vacations.

β β β β β The Camp is very nice and not very expensive for what it has to offer. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the dance event was amazing, when I remember right, it was with Elisa and Andrea. They where so friendly

β β β β β We travel to Italy every year and we typically stay in camping sites. When you arrive the pool gives nice views, even though we didn't use it as much. When we go to Italy we love to experience the beach.
The beach was really nice, we got umbrella & chairs. It was a nice little walk to get there but we don't mind walking. The water was definitely worth it.
The restaurant was average. We cooked our own food and went for dinner outside of the camping.
The mini market didn't have much selection, we've been in other ones with definitely more.
The animation was extremely poor, which usually is a big thing when you go to Italian Campings.
Overall I give them a 3.
Pros Beach & bungalows.
Cons Restaurant, animation & market.
