β β β β β Very helpful staff and the price was good. Camping is very close to the Pompeii entrance. There are some negatives to this camping: the spots are very small, the toilet building is not great: the showers are small and old, same with toilets. They do have a restaurant and market. The market has the essentials but can't say anything about the restaurant.

β β β β β Very friendly staff, conveniently located across from Pompei! Campground is convenient to many sites around Naples. Restaurant in campground with very friendly owners and fair prices. Plot are on the smaller size but owner allowed us to use two splits due to family size. Showers are hot if you go early, late in the afternoon/evening they run out of hot water fast, however, after a hot day sweating a cool shower is not so bad. Ants are a huge problem. The campground store sells ant spray, highly recommend. There is a grocery store within walking distance (5 min).

β β β β β Great location literally across the street of thr pompeii ruins. But:
Small camping spots, basically
itβs more a parking station with electricity. We stood directly below a tree and we had an ant problem. They all got
into our camper so. We didnβt have this before but now we see that many campers deal with this problem. But if the spaces puld be wider and we wouldnt stand directly and touch the tree we might have been able to avoid it.
But the place is pretty cheap for this location thatβs why I give 3 stars. And toilet paper would be nice to have.
And the swimmingpool was closed :(

β β β β β Good camping place for visiting the vesuv and Pompeji but it is very loud there.
The price is good. 25β¬ for 2 person, 1 child, tent, car and electricity for one night.
They have a minimarket and a Restaurant. The Rezeption is very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are clean. The shower can be a little bit warmer.

β β β β β "It's nothing luxourious" = I was told.
It's definitely not Amalfi Coast. It's enough to rest, park your vehicle, or set up your camp, and then explore Pompeii. So if you have a trailer, camper,
Let's go over the pros - The man who works here - tall, long hair, he speaks Great English. He helped me out greatly. I rode my motorcycle over there.
I first came here to park my motorcycle, after the parking lot next door wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount, per hour, when I was about to go on a tour of Pompeii. I only paid little here at Spartacus for parking.
My Amalfi trip got delayed and I ended up in Spartacus. I was going to sleep with my hammock, but they got me a small trailer to sleep in. It was nothing luxurious, as stated earlier
Small resting place. Good people. Small restaurant in the back for nice meal and cheap prices.
Location can't be beat.

β β β β β It's a small camp in front of the entrance to Pompei.
Also very close (200m) to a "autostrada", but you can not hear any noise from it. Very good to escape crouded streets of Naples especial if you 're driving 7.5 metres long camper :)

β β β β β So It was going through Pompeii and decided to stay there a night and go to the ruins the next day. That was a bad decision! Why I didn't give one star cause they treated me nice and it was a 3 min walk to the entrance of Pompeii.
So why 2 stars? Well this "campground" is right by a main street that was LOUD. What was also loud was the train tracks on the other side of the "campground".
They also charged me more because I didn't make a reservation. I paid β¬25
But the WORST was these florescent lights that lit up this campground THE WHOLE NIGHT, like a soccer field! I asked if the lights will be on all night, they said it will turn off at midnight but they lied to me. They were on when I woke up by a car horn at 4 in the morning...
This place would be more bearable if I was in a camper van, but as a tent camper. It was horrible.
Oh yeah, if you like cats. They are EVERYWHERE!!!!

β β β β β Itβs a lovely small campsite in Pompei, across the road from Pompei ruins and very close to the railway station. Also really top location for exploring the nearby attractions like the city of Naples, Mount Vesuvius and the coast of Amalfi.
Most camper pitches are narrower but quite long so thereβs enough space to put out your table, chairs etc. The toilet and shower facility looks older but itβs very clean and well maintained, always with hot water. The price is very reasonable, the staff are all very nice, friendly and proffessional, they all speak good English. Thereβs always someone at the reception which faces the entry gate, so the campsite is and feels very safe. Itβs also placed in a citrus orchard which gives it a lovely mediteranean feel with all the orange and lemon trees around (the fruits are actually becomimg ripe right now and I felt really excited being able to see oranges in their natural setting - on a tree! :)
We stayed for a week and absolutely loved loved loved it here!
