huge plates at the restaurant,
good food, close to the beach,
bad things: gravel at the beach, dirty and old toilets, ants on the camp side - we slept one night and whole tent was covered by ants. we stayed for one night - we came at the evening so we didnt see ants in the dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and fine campsite. Very friendly owner who really cares about the visitors. Great view to the Etna and just to go over the street so your are on the beach. Just perfect ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is amazing with a great view of the volcano. They have options to stay in a tent, bungalow or with your camper/caravan. The tents are in a place with natural shade from high trees. The common showers are with coins but very clean. Very happy with the common toilets as well.
The food in the restaurant is not very good, but it's ok for the days when you did not have time to shop. Also the nearby beach is not sand but pebbles.
The only real downside is that the people at the front desk have very poor English, so unless you know Italian or have a very straightforward such as "Shower?" it will be a difficult communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great camping spot with many spots on grass or shaded. All with electricity and water which is very quite in September and just a 3min walk across the street to a huge and amazing beach. Although the restaurant might look outdated I highly recommend the pizza is super!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view of Etna and directly on the beach. Everything a camper needs: washing machine, shower, restaurant. And a quiet place in the night to sleep. And fair prices. Fair, honest, family-run camping site. No luxury tough, but clean. We did not need more.
