Wonderfully sweet, thoughtful and helpful owner. Cozy and clean place, on the slopes of Etna. We will definitely be back for October!

Avrebbero aperto solo per un arrivo di tre camper!!! Nonostante l'area sia aperta!!! Occhio se ci andate, la gestione è molto enigmatica. I can't rate the area but when I phoned to see if there was room, they told me they wouldn't be bothered for just one camper. They would only open for the arrival of three campers !!! Although the area is open !!! Watch out if you go there, the management is very enigmatic.

L'area attrezzata si trova sull'Etna, quindi è ottimo per raggiungere la vetta del vulcano ed anche altre località come Taormina, Catania, le piccole città nei dintorni come Zafferana Etnea e Milo (casa del maestro Franco Battiato e Lucio Dalla) e se siete fortunati potrete assistere anche ad un'eruzione notturna! I bagni sono puliti e nuovi, il posto è tranquillo, c'è anche il barbecue e il terreno è vulcanico. Prezzi imbattibili!!! 15 euro a notte tutto incluso! ?? First of all, Salvatore is a love! Always helpful, kind and fun! We stayed at his campsite for three days and it was great. The equipped area is located on Mount Etna, so it is excellent for reaching the summit of the volcano and also other places such as Taormina, Catania, the small towns in the surrounding area such as Zafferana Etnea and Milo (home of the master Franco Battiato and Lucio Dalla) and if you are lucky you can also witness a night eruption! The bathrooms are clean and new, the place is quiet, there is also a barbecue and the terrain is volcanic. Unbeatable prices !!! 15 euros per night all included! ??
R	Raffaele Dipasquale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve a tutti, che dire di questo posto:situato ai piedi dell'Etna con panorama mozzafiato come fosse una cartolina, ci siamo andati diverse volte e posso dire che è sempre bello fermarsi qui per visitare l'Etna o il parco avventura situato a Milo o per la sagra di Zafferana o semplicemente x rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura, come al solito da premiare la disponibilità e l'impegno del titolare il SIG SALVATORE sempre disponibile a qualsiasi cosa, comodi i bagni, puliti e accessibili anche a persone disabili, lavandini in abbondanza situati dietro i bagni, comode piazzole divise l'un l'altra da siepe, carico e scarico con acqua potabile, barbecue e tavoli sparsi in giro x il parco, giochi per bambini e internet gratis. Consigliatissimo Hello everyone, what about this place: located at the foot of Etna with breathtaking views as if it were a postcard, we went there several times and I can say that it is always nice to stop here to visit Etna or the adventure park located in Milo or for the Zafferana festival or simply to relax in the midst of nature, as usual to reward the availability and commitment of the owner, SIG SALVATORE always available for anything, comfortable bathrooms, clean and accessible even to disabled people, sinks in abundance located behind the bathrooms, comfortable pitches divided from each other by hedges, loading and unloading with drinking water, barbecues and tables scattered around the park, games for children and free internet. Sehr zu schätzen wussten wir auch den beleuchteten, runden Tisch, an dem wir abends gegessen haben. Gerade Anfang April, wenn es früh dunkel wird, ein nicht zu unterschätzender Komfort. Die Sanitäranlage ist überdies sehr sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch. Alles in allem eine super Camping Erfahrung mit Blick auf den Ätna. Very friendly, prudent place owner. Pleasant showers with hot water that does not run out immediately. We also really appreciated the illuminated, round table at which we ate in the evening. Especially at the beginning of April, when it gets dark early, a comfort that should not be underestimated. The sanitary facilities are also very clean. The price-performance ratio is also right. All in all a great camping experience with a view of Mount Etna.

Il gestore cordiale accogliente e pronto a consigliare percorsi e specialità del luogo. Sicuramente da non perdere nel tour della Sicilia. Parking area for campers made by a camper !!! Cozy clean and well equipped with all services. In a strategic position to visit Mount Etna. The friendly manager is welcoming and ready to recommend routes and local specialties. Definitely not to be missed on the tour of Sicily.
G	Georg Verweyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice campsite to explore the southern part of Mount Etna, Taormina and surroundings. From the campsite you can see Etna and in the morning you'll be greeted by a thin layer of volcanic dust on the tent. There are beautiful hiking trips around the parking on 1900m, upper Silvestri Crater is a little excursion. The only thing that didn't work out: The vouchers offered at the campsite promising a free snack at the cable car station on 2500m are only valid together with a cable car ticket - not for hikers.
R	Rachael Helmore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely campsite run by Salvatore, perfectly located for access to Mt Etna. There's even a clear view of the volcano from the campsite. Although we didn't speak any common languages, Salvatore was well set up with a translator app. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The toilet and shower block is new and clean. There's a BBQ area and plenty of communal seating space. We were there at the end of the season (early October) and there was only one other family there. Thank you Salvatore!
