★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'estate scorsa (2019) ho acquistato un gazebo da campeggio di mt 6x3 del valore di €750. Dopo circa venti giorni si è completamente aperto sulla parte superiore, calcolando che era anche poco esposto alle intemperie in quanto coperto da alberi. Finita l'estate ho inviato foto con tanto di descrizione sull'accaduto e mi dissero che mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Dopo 7 mesi nessuno mi aveva detto nulla e ho ricontattato il venditore che a sua volta ha scaricato il problema alla casa di produzione del gazebo. Loro in tutta risposta mi hanno detto: NON POSSIAMO ACCETTARE IL RECLAMO IN QUANTO IL GAZEBO NON è ADATTO A LUNGHE ESPOSIZIONI, MA BENSì PER GIARDINI E CAMPEGGI...
Cavoli, esattamente quello che ho fatto io, montarlo in campeggio!... La morale è che ho speso un sacco di soldi per un gazebo difettoso e nè il venditore nè il produttore hanno VOLUTO soluzionare il mio problema.
Poca serietà e poca professionalità dimostrata, ma la storia non finisce qui, mi informerò col mio legale affinchè certe cose non accadano più ad altre persone. Tra l'altro me lo aveva consigliato un mio amico, conoscente del venditore, il quale non sarà contento del trattamento che ho ricevuto. Complimenti!
SCONSIGLIO.
 Last summer (2019) I bought a 6x3m camping gazebo worth € 750. After about twenty days it completely opened on the top, calculating that it was also not very exposed to the elements as it was covered by trees. After the summer I sent photos with a description of what happened and they told me they would let me know. After 7 months no one had told me anything and I contacted the seller who in turn downloaded the problem to the gazebo production house. They in response told me: WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE COMPLAINT AS THE GAZEBO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LONG EXHIBITIONS, BUT FOR GARDENS AND CAMPSITES ...
Heck, exactly what I did, set it up on the campsite! ... The bottom line is that I spent a lot of money on a faulty gazebo and neither the seller nor the manufacturer WANTED to solve my problem.
Little seriousness and little professionalism demonstrated, but the story does not end there, I will inquire with my lawyer so that certain things no longer happen to other people. Among other things, it was recommended to me by a friend of mine, an acquaintance of the seller, who will not be happy with the treatment I received. Compliments!

Siccome non voleva darmi un preventivo ma solo l'appuntamento per ottobre/novembre per fare il lavoro, ho fatto rifare il test in un altra officina che Mi ha confermato che le infiltrazioni erano zero. Allego foto. Non so cosa pensare...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatten uns die Markise kaputtgefahren, am gleichen Tag wurde bei einem anderen Händler eine neue Thule Markise besorgt und angebaut. Zwei Tage später hatten wir Probleme mit dem Gas, sofort wurde uns geholfen. Vielen Dank ?
Super friendly and competent. We had broken the awning, on the same day a new Thule awning was obtained from another dealer and installed. Two days later we had problems with the gas, we were helped immediately. Thank you ?
