Volevo ringraziare vivamente l'azienda in quanto si sono comportati in modo encomiabile sin dal primo momento in cui ci siamo recati per visionare i vari automezzi. Una ditta seria che si è presa cura dall'acquisto alla consegna perfetta e a qualsiasi piccolo problema che Lusso non esisterà a risolvere. Insomma una ditta seria, in cui tutte le persone che lavorano nell'azienda collaborano, tutto ciò è sinonimo di garanzia e serietà. Inoltre i loro camper sono davvero belli. Finally tomorrow we will make our first outing with the camper recently purchased by the Luxury company. We bought a dreamer d42 from the Rapido family. I wanted to thank the company warmly as they behaved in a commendable way from the first moment we went to view the various vehicles. A serious company that has taken care of from purchase to perfect delivery and any small problem that Lusso will not exist to solve. In short, a serious company, in which all the people who work in the company collaborate, all this is synonymous with guarantee and seriousness. Plus their motorhomes are really nice.

Nel mio caso si trattava di 3 giorni ( di cui 2 di chiusura della concessionaria), non 3 settimane e nemmeno 3 mesi. Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata Negativa Professionalism and courtesy also mean respecting the times that a potential buyer requires in order to evaluate a new purchase. In my case it was 3 days (2 of which the dealership was closed), not 3 weeks and not even 3 months. Unfortunately my experience was Negative

Molto gentile anche la ragazza in ufficio che si è adoperata per risolvere un contrattempo. Sicuramente da consigliare ad ogni camperista che voglia coccolare il proprio mezzo. Workshop staff very prepared and serious, attentive to the customer's needs, impeccable work and carried out in a clean manner and with related explanations of the work performed. The girl in the office was also very kind and took steps to resolve a mishap. Definitely to be recommended to any camper who wants to pamper their vehicle.

Il giorno del ritiro ci hanno fatto trovare sul camper un sacco di omaggi tra i quali piatti bicchieri posate una bottiglia di Rosé!!!! cunei nuovi e cavo della 220v! Perfettamente instradati da Nestor il quale è sempre stato disponibilissimo nei mesi seguenti quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di aiuto e consigli (essendo la nostra prima esperienza), ci ha risposto anche la vigilia di Natale!! Detto questo concessionario consigliatissimo! Specialmente una ottima post vendita cosa che purtroppo è difficile da trovare. I bought my first camper from them, an Arcadia from 97 ... highly recommended by Alex in the selection phase ... camper delivered serviced overhauled tire change gas tank change distribution change. On the day of the pick-up they made us find a lot of gifts on the camper including plates, glasses, cutlery, a bottle of Rosé !!!! new wedges and 220v cable! Perfectly routed by Nestor who has always been extremely available in the following months when we needed help and advice (being our first experience), he also answered us on Christmas Eve !! This dealer said highly recommended! Especially an excellent after-sales thing which unfortunately is difficult to find.

Alla consegna anche una piacevole sorpresa...Grazie a Nestor, Alex e tutti gli altri di cui non ricordo il nome, Meccanici...impiegate...e a Moreno che me li ha fatti conoscere!! Ora scusate, devo andare a macinare KM..:-) NUMBERS ONE !! After a thousand adventures, I bought my first Camper from LUSSO CARAVAN and I was very satisfied with the service offered. Also a pleasant surprise upon delivery ... Thanks to Nestor, Alex and all the others whose name I don't remember, Mechanics ... employed ... and to Moreno who introduced me to them !! E	EUSEBIO BUSE' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato il nostro camper esattamente un anno fa da Lusso Caravan e già da subito ci siamo sentiti accolti da professionisti seri, gentili e disponibili ma questa recensione va rivolta a tutta quella parte dì persone che gestiscono l’assistenza dopo l’acquisto e che seguono il cliente fino alla scadenza della garanzia. In questi 12 mesi l’assistenza è stata impeccabile, sempre pronti all’ascolto, a soddisfare il cliente, sono stati molto pazienti con me anche perché, ne sono consapevole, non sono un cliente facile ma molto esigente. Ho acquisito molta fiducia nel lavoro svolto dall’officina, ho apprezzato consigli utili, spiegazioni precise e tecniche dì utilizzo dì alcuni accessori… a volte quando si acquista qualcosa non si tiene tanto conto dell’assistente futura che in realtà è più importante della vendita perché fidalizza il cliente. Alla Lusso Caravan ho incontrato la classe dì chi fa questo lavoro per soddisfare il cliente, tutto quello che serve per possedere e guidare con piacere un mezzo affidabile, confortevole che ti regalerà momenti dì impagabile libertà in armonia con la natura. Ringrazio dì cuore tutto il Team dì vendita e assistenza per avermi seguito in questo primo anno dì “ Viaggi Di Lusso!!! “ Eusebio We purchased our camper exactly one year ago from Lusso Caravan and we immediately felt welcomed by serious, kind and helpful professionals but this review should be addressed to all that part of people who manage after-purchase assistance and who follow the customer until the warranty expires. In these 12 months, the assistance has been impeccable, always ready to listen, to satisfy the customer, they have been very patient with me also because, I am aware of this, I am not an easy customer but a very demanding one. I gained a lot of confidence in the work done by the workshop, I appreciated useful advice, precise explanations and techniques for using some accessories ... sometimes when you buy something you do not take much account of the future assistant who is actually more important than the sale because build customer loyalty.
