E preparatevi a ogni tipo di scusa: è normale, è l'usura , è colpa delle buche nelle strade, il sole, la pioggia ... Se il prodotto vi piace prendetelo e poi sparite. Grande rispetto per le norme anti-covid, che di questi tempi è un plus. Raccomandato. Easy to reach and well indicated, large internal parking. Acquistato Challenger V114, portato per dei problemi all'impianto elettrico, cordiali a ricevere il mezzo ma non in grado di risolverlo. Ci hanno rimandato a contattare direttamente l'assistenza. DOVETE ESSERE VOI L'ASSISTENZA ED ADOPERARVI PER LA RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI DI UN MEZZO ACQUISTATO DA VOI! Se la gestione post vendita non esiste, siete solo uno specchietto per le allodole. NON-EXISTING after-sales assistance. Purchased Challenger V114, brought in for problems with the electrical system, friendly to receive the vehicle but not able to solve it. They sent us back to contact support directly. YOU MUST BE THE ASSISTANCE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PROBLEMS OF A VEHICLE PURCHASED BY YOU! If after-sales management does not exist, you are just a red herring.

Mi è stato proposto un van che sarebbe dovuto rientrare di li a poco. Per motivi fuori dal loro controllo (cosa che comprendo)il van non è rientrato entro i tempi prestabiliti. Cosa che non comprendo però è.. La data è stata posticipata di settimana in settimana tanto che l’ultima volta che ho chiamato mi hanno fatto parlare direttamente con il signor Beltramo. Lui stesso mi ha garantito che avrei ricevuto per primo una chiamata appena avessero avuto maggiori informazioni.. Dopo qualche settimana Il mezzo è rientrato ; ed stato venduto ed io ancora sto aspettando la sua chiamata.. Comprendo le variabili non sotto controllo della concessionaria ma mi aspettavo che gli accordi fossero rispettati da dei professionisti come loro. Sarà che il preventivo ufficioso comunicatomi da Alessandro si è rilevato inferiore rispetto al prezzo a cui è stato venduto pochi giorni fa?? Mi dispiace ancora una volta perché sarebbe bastata un po’ di onestá e organizzazione per evitare inutili attese o nutrire inopportune aspettative. I contacted the friendly and kind staff of Beltramo for the possible purchase of a van. I was offered a van that was due to return shortly thereafter. For reasons beyond their control (which I understand) the van did not return within the allotted time. What I don't understand, however, is .. The date was postponed from week to week so that the last time I called they made me speak directly with Mr. Beltramo. He himself guaranteed me that I would receive a call first as soon as they had more information .. After a few weeks the vehicle returned; and been sold and i am still waiting for your call .. I understand the variables not under the control of the dealership but I expected the agreements to be respected by professionals like them. Could it be that the unofficial estimate communicated to me by Alessandro was found to be lower than the price at which it was sold a few days ago? I'm sorry once again because a little honesty and organization would have been enough to avoid unnecessary waiting or to have inappropriate expectations.
