Very kind and helpful volunteers. Large spaces available to dogs. Fences clean and well kept. Ditto for the pits. Fortunately, few dogs hosted !!

GRANDE pecca è il sito internet, datato nella veste, nelle notizie, negli articoli e praticamente senza alcuna foto degli amici a 4 zampe da adottare. Penso che una maggior visibilità sia una maggior garanzia di adottabilità per questi amici sfortunati The kennel is "nice" there is a lot of space for guests and the volunteers treat them well dedicating them really everything they can. BIG flaw is the website, dated in the guise, in the news, in the articles and practically without any photos of the 4-legged friends to be adopted. I think greater visibility is a greater guarantee of adoptability for these unfortunate friends

I cani erano pochi!!!!! Clean, well maintained, lots of green space for four-legged guests! Really nice staff! And luckily when I went ... There were few dogs !!!!!

E	Erika Giaime on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ che dire non certo qualcosa di bello allora poco più di due settimane fa telefoniamo al canile perché ci sono dei cuccioli di 7 mesi da adottare fa a caso nostro telefoniamo perché abbiamo visto un tricolori che ci piaceva in prima fila più due bianchi e neri più un marroncino ci dicono di andare .noi andiamo il giorno dopo partendo da Torino con la neve e ci dicono che il tricolore era già adottato dicono che erano rimasti i due bianchi e neri a sto punto abbiamo optato per uno dei bianchi e neri .allorché mi fanno compilare il modulo di adozione dicendomi che da li a giorni sarebbe venuta una volontaria a casa nostra per conoscerci meglio aspettiamo la prima settimana non succede niente la seconda nemmeno il lunedì della terza chiamo e dicono che ci facevano sapere in serata.ci chiamano il giorno dopo per dirci che il cane era già stato adottato da una famiglia della zona e noi sappiamo chi era perché erano dietro di noi che cercavano un cane piccolo a questo punto mi viene da pensare che non siete per niente seri perché é una presa in giro e non ci si comporta cosi. grazie per averci fatto perdere tempo e denaro. e poi dite di adottare a mai più what to say certainly not something nice then a little more than two weeks ago we phone the kennel because there are 7 month old puppies to be adopted, at random we phone because we saw a tricolor that we liked in the front row plus two blacks and whites plus a brownish they tell us to go .we go the next day starting from Turin with the snow and they tell us that the tricolor was already adopted they say that the two blacks and whites remained at this point we opted for one of the whites and blacks. fill in the adoption form telling me that a volunteer would come to our house in a few days to get to know us better we wait for the first week nothing happens the second even on the Monday of the third call and they say that they let us know in the evening. they call us the next day to tell us that the dog had already been adopted by a family in the area and we know who it was because they were behind us looking for a small dog at this point I think and that you are not at all serious because it is a joke and you do not behave like that. thank you for wasting your time and money. and then say to adopt a never again

R	Rossi Adriano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mia amicizia ha dovuto dar via il suo cane per causa di forza maggiore e controvoglia (amandolo moltissimo) e avrebbe voluto poter rivederlo di tanto in tanto e magari solo per un pò presso la nuova famiglia anche per rendere meno traumatico e più graduale il passaggio (la logica vuole che sia così). E invece il volontario Lida prima le lasciava intendere che ciò sarebbe potuto accadere e poi, una volta dato il cane in consegna, le negava questa possibilità affermando che ciò avrebbe potuto destabilizzare il cane. Senza curarsi del sentire di chi tanto amava l'animale ceduto. Di fatto un contratto scritto freddo e che nemmeno ha rispettato il sentire del cane in questo passaggio così drastico e veloce senza una gradualità buona per ex proprietario e per il cane... alla faccia del sentire umano e dell'istinto animale che meriterebbero diverso trattamento. Amen!
